Stand out staff and very good ***agement! This is a very busy hotel and the reception area appears chaotic at times but that shows that it's popular., all the staff were stand out performers and looked after us very well. We had a wonderful time at the Ramada Hotel . The hotel lobby was beautiful and very elegant. The young girl Divya that checked us in was knowledgeable and efficient, escorting us up to our room upon completion of the check-in process. Divya was always visible which was nice. Thank you Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a lounge and pond view trust this would continue to be a sustainable experience in future visits. it was lovely to see the familiar faces like Divya and other team members, it was pleasant being genuinely remembered.

We went there to celebrate my brother’s anniversary and had an amazing experience. Staff was very courteous and make perfect arrangements for his anniversary. Disha was very helpful and co-operative and made our experience memorable.she made all the arrangement in very short span and made it memorable. ***atri made us try every Dish at S-cafe and omg it was one of kind experience for us.She is truly amazing and very polite. Thank you for such amazing stay at the hotel.

It was a pleasant stay at playotel Indore. overall the ambience the hospitality of the food everything was perfect. Would love to come again. The room was good. Spacious room, I like the layout better than their suite. The bed was super comfortable with crisp and cozy bedding. Roomy bathroom with plenty of amenities. The staff, as always, is warm and professional. See you again next time in Indore .
