Location is decent with many convenience marts nearby and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There's no make-up room available unless you pay for it. They do however replenish your room supplies when you ask. A bit pricey for the room size, but overall still a comfortable stay.

Overall , accommodating staffs and affordable price for 2 rooms! FYI, tooth brush and tooth paste are not included. You’ll have to pay 1000W at the lobby/front desk Or you can bring your own Or buy from CU store located on 2nd floor. IPark Mall is directly connected between Yongsan Station & the hotel itself. There are a lot of cafes at the station itself too. Btw, the Wowpass Machine can be found INSIDE the CU store! Highly suggest to register there instead of the crowded locations such as at the airport or seoul station to save time. Hope that helps and thanks ibis yongsan!

It was a pleasant 5 nights stay at Novotel. It is a good location to get to most of tourist destination around Seoul as it connects to Yongsan station. The room is spacious enough for all your things and it’s clean. The room service was very prompt as well. Thanks Novotel for making our trip in Seoul as wonderful and pleasant stay.

２号線「ソチョ駅」１番出口を出てから２分かからないが、 宿のカンバンがなく、隣のカフェが目印。 いわゆる「考試院（コシウォン）」、LivingtelやOfficetelタイプのゲストハウス。 ４Ｆに受付があるが、スタッフは常駐でなく、 時間帯によるのでチェックイン時間を知らせたほうがいい。 入口に下足箱、スリッパ貸出有り。 ２Ｆがシャワー付きシングルルーム、 ３・４・５Ｆはシャワーなしシングルという部屋割り当てかな。 ２・３・５Ｆに共用キッチンがあり、自由に食べられるご飯あり。 各フロアにウォーターサーバーあり。 長期滞在者がホトンド、またスタッフが常駐しないのでコシウォンに慣れた人でないとしんどいかも。 部屋は普通のカギ、チェックイン時にデポジット１０，０００ｗ必要。 室内は２畳ちょっと、内側と外側で部屋の形状が異なるが、 基本はデスク上部に棚、隣に衣装タンス、下部に冷蔵庫という造り、タオル１枚貸し出し。 節電なのか、昼も夜も廊下の電気を消している（誰かがつけてもすぐ消される）ので、 館内はちょっと辛気臭い感じ。 ４Ｆの共用シャワーは古びていてちょっと気が引ける、日本人にはツライかも。 ２・３Ｆのシャワーは清潔で明るい。 Ｗｉ－Ｆｉはフロアと各部屋にルーターがあったが、老朽化からか、ちょっと途切れ途切れでスマホは問題なかったが、ＰＣは使いづらかった。 安宿のわりに駅からのアクセスがいいので、滞在費コストを安くしたい人向け。 反対側に歩くと８・９号線の「キョデ（教大）」駅にも１０分ほどで行けるので便利。 空港リムジンも大通りで乗車可能。 駅の反対側にはロッテマートの入る大きなモールがあり、フードコートも併設しているので便利。 裏手に通りは地元食堂が多く、地元の会社員で賑わっていて、滞在には困らない。 スタッフが常駐しないので、チェックアウト時は時間を告げておくと、デポジットを返しに来てくれるが、 ちょっとメンドウでもある。

If you're looking for a place away from the hustle bustle, this will be an ideal place. Lots of shops around and train station located nearby. Nice clean apartment and amenities are well equipped but you need to translate certain instructions to use them. Overall satisfied and highly recommend to anyone.

Location is not very convenient if you are looking to shop in Seoul only office buildings within walking distance. Near to train station.

Great 4 star hotel in terms of service, environment and cleanliness. Near Garosugil which is quite the happening area in terms of food and shopping. Room was not bad with a Chromecast enabled tv and mini fridge was stocked everyday and had decent selection of soft drink, canned juice, beers and water. Could also wash our clothes using DIY laundromats at a rather affordable price. Complaints would be the housekeeping as the bedsheets weren’t changed when requested and the floor wasn’t cleaned when we had crumbs on the floor and that the toilet had no shower curtain installed so having a regular shower often makes the toilet floor wet. One side of the bed also did not have any outlet.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfasts here. Not too far from the metro stop. Room was beautiful, smells nice, water provided in the room. Loved how the fitness room included Pilates equipment and it was a close walk to the Royal Tombs. Only con was that I wish the bathroom had been kept a bit cleaner during our stay. I would definitely stay again.
