Hotel berhampiran Olympic Bridge, Seoul

Hotel ini terletak dalam jarak lima minit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan mempunyai pengangkutan yang mudah. ​​Walaupun bahagian luar kelihatan agak lama, bahagian dalamannya bersih dan koridornya terang. Terdapat dua lif yang sangat mudah. ​​Bilik ini sangat bersih , walaupun selipar dah agak lama.. Leper nak pakai. Air mandian cepat panas dan tidak perlu menunggu.Peralatan mandian lengkap dan jubah mandi mudah dipakai. Kakitangan perkhidmatan mempunyai sikap yang sangat baik dan kakitangan pembersihan juga sangat ramah dan baik, tetapi sukar untuk berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris.

オリンピックホールでコンサートがあったので利用しました！ 結果とても良かったです！ 広くて綺麗でした！ 他のコメントにあった水場に関しては全然気にならなかったです。 朝食もバイキング形式で美味しかったです。 またオリンピックホールでコンサートがあった際は利用したいと思います！

롯데월드랑 롯데타워가 가까워서 정말 좋았어요. 걸어서 10분이내랍니다. 아이들 데리고 다니는데 동선이 너무 길까 걱정햇었는데 어린아이랑도 걸어서 다녀올만큼 가까웟어요! 조식도 가성비 대비 너무 대만족 하고 왔답니다 :) 호텔내부는 정신없어서 못찍었는데 깔끔하고 바닥도 춥지않고 따뜻하게 보일러도 빵빵해서 따듯하게 2박햇어요!

It is location at a place with lots of food and drinks and entertainment. Not recommended for families with small children and elderly. It says short walk to the subway station, but short walk only reaches Exit 11, and a long long walk to the train at Exit 01 - total walking is almost 1 km, maybe 25-30 mins. I asked for early check-in, and the reply is ”subject to availability”, but I was surprised to learn that there is the charge of 10,000 won per hour. I only wished this information is made clear when booking the hotel. Overall, this is a good location for solo travelers looking for friends and young people.

Location of the hotel, excellent. Not noisy. Room is not small, took the lowest priced room. Breakfast was included in the price. I liked the friendly staff, they speak a little English. There is luggage storage available, which was very valuable, under their care allowed to leave. Parking lot. Didn't like that there was dust in the room which was cleaned up afterwards. Overall for the price I am satisfied.

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

#가족여행 #롯데월드 #3인가족여행 우선 3인 (어른2, 미취학1) 묵기에는 정말 좋습니다. 2박 연박 했는데요. 근처에 먹자 골목도 있고... 밥 먹고 석촌호수에서 산책도 즐길수 있어서 정말 좋았어요. 야경은 덤! 그리고 침구류도 정말 편하고 좋았어요. 생수도 3개는 기본이고 더 요구하면 더 주셨어요. 하지만 1층에 정수기가 있어서 문제는 없었어요. 욕실! 넓어서 좋았어요. 그리고 탕이 있어서.. 아이가 정말 좋아했어요. 롯데월드 오픈런하고 밤 늦게 들어와서.. 족욕을 즐기기에도 딱 좋았어요 ! 굿 온수도 잘 나온답니다 :) 마지막으로 퇴실시간이 12시라서 너무 좋았네요 ㅎ 즐거운 서울여행을 여기서 즐길 수 있어서 행복했어요. 좋은 선택이었네요 ㅎ 다음에도 재방문 하겠습니다. 아참! 리셉션에 계신분들 모두~ 친절 응대 ㅎㅎ 감사했습니다.

The hotel was super clean and all staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast was so delicious. Quiet location in the very nice view from room. Great value and hope to go back again.

Great service. Very nice view on high floor. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Pre-arrange deco in hotel room was excellent. Will definitely revisit the hotel again.

The grand Walkerhill Seoul is clean and has many facilities, the pasty shop is wonderful. Moreover the view is fantastic being right next to the Han River. However the location may be a little out of the way and it can be difficult to get cabs or call Uber. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and no outlets next to the bed which very inconvenient.
