I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Saya ingin menunjukkan kepada kanak-kanak kerana ia betul-betul di hadapan Istana Deoksoo di Myeongdong, pusat bandar Seoul. Saya pergi untuk membayar dan menikmati hocense hujung minggu. Daftar masuk hotel mengambil masa lebih kurang 2 jam kerana orang ramai. Saya akan bermain di kolam selama kira-kira sejam 50 minit. Saya telah bersarapan dengan lazat pada awal pagi dan bermain dengan sangat selesa. 200 doktor pulangan pro Kakitangan sangat mesra dan berpuas hati :)

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Saya tidak akan pergi ke hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang, kerana hotel karantina meletupkan saya pada pukul 7:00. Apabila saya tiba di hotel ini sekitar jam 7:20, saya akan dikenakan harga bilik sehari lebih. Daftar masuk awal. Setelah lama bercakap, saya menerima bayaran bilik setengah hari. Saya fikir saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pada waktu petang, tetapi hujan turun dan tidak ada tempat untuk pergi.

Saya membuat tempahan untuk satu malam semasa bertemu rakan-rakan di Seoyul. Tidak ada tempat panas di sekitar sini sekarang, jadi saya cuba untuk berdiam diri, dan ia adalah sempurna. Saya juga menjangkakan draf bir tanpa had di ruang istirahat. Kerana disewa oleh syarikat untuk majlis pada hari itu, tetamu biasa tidak dapat menggunakannya. Ia hanya dihalakan ke lif. Ini agak mengecewakan Kakitangannya ramah dan biliknya bersih. Di atas semua, saya suka bahawa peralatan tempat tidurnya okey. Pemandangan bandar di tingkat 24 juga bagus. Saya mahu pergi ke Shilla Stay lagi lain kali.

It's been the best hotel for family trip I've ever visited. The front desk manager offers me every service I needed. Restaurant reservation, tour recommendation, and taxi call etc.… Hotel is located at the center of Seoul. It was a convenient place to move around but the road was full of cars at the night time.

For a family of 5, the price was very attractive and the location was great (walking distance to gyeongbokgung, jonggak subway, and convenient store beside the place). The floor is heated, so it was welcomed in the winter. Check in and out was self service, so was quite lost initially (we just took the card on the table and head to our room). Could have clearer instructions in English (but it is not a huge problem since we could just use Google translate). Room amenities were sufficient (warm water for bath in our room while there were washing machine, dryer and oven at the terrace). Definitely value for money for family.

是普通人家的院子，院子特别漂亮。 就在市中心，离景福宫、梨花女大都很近，出门就是地铁和公交。 房间虽小家具都很齐全，也很暖和。 老板人特别热情，和他用塑料韩语聊天，走之前还给我送了小礼物。超赞！ 정원이 너무 예뻐요. 시내 중심가에서 경복궁, 이화여대 모두 가깝고 밖으로 나가면 지하철과 버스입니다. 사장님은 매우 친절하셔서 그와 한국어로 이야기를 나누고 가기 전에 저에게 작은 선물도 주셨습니다.대박!

Lokasi yang baik. Daftar masuk mudah. Bilik yang ringkas dan kecil. Bukan lembaran bersih sangat. (Kotoran dan bintik) Tiada tuala, tiada syampu. Lebih kelihatan seperti tempat perlindungan penduduk miskin tempatan dan bukannya rumah tetamu pengembara. Jika anda tidak mengambil berat tentang suasana dan kebersihan tetapi hanya harga dan lokasi, tempat ini adalah untuk anda. Jika anda mencari keselesaan dan kebersihan, fikirkan semula.

Please do not book this hotel. It is dark, scary. At least for me. So much cigarette smell. I have never stayed this kind of hotel before so I just left as soon as I saw the room and environment. I could not cancel since I checked in already. But it was good decision to leave that hotel right away.
