Daftar masuk hotel mengambil masa lebih kurang 2 jam kerana orang ramai. Saya akan bermain di kolam selama kira-kira sejam 50 minit. Saya telah bersarapan dengan lazat pada awal pagi dan bermain dengan sangat selesa. 200 doktor pulangan pro Kakitangan sangat mesra dan berpuas hati :)

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

1. Location: Located right in front of Gongdeok Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5, Line 6, AREX and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line) which links to Incheon International Airport. Very convenient, but the station is big and a bit complicated. 2. Amenities: Cafe and restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel itself has a seven eleven. Nearby hotel has a Olive young too. 3. Room is cleaned daily. Provided additional lighting as per request.smooth checkin and checkout. 4a. Room has 3 Pin plugs but the one at desk is badly position. Better to get additional adapter plug to increase the height so that u can use it smoothly. 4b. Surprisingly, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash n lotion are provided. But no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. 4c. There is a small step to trap the water from flowing out of bathtub to other part of the bathroom. 4d. Slipper is provided, but its very flat, no cushioning. Better to bring your own. Overall, the stay is good. Room (deluxe twin) is big, can put 2 big size luggage and still have a 2 seater sofa.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

We stayed here for a 7 night trip to Seoul as it was our first time in the city. The location was perfect: small market area behind it with restaurants, convenient store right around the corner with everything you’d need, and multiple train stations within 10 min walking distance. Compared to other hotels we stayed at for the remainder of our trip, this hotel definitely had the best location. City hall is about a 10-15 minute walk and there’s other restaurants/attractions along the way such as a nice palace. I had seen reviews about protests occurring nearby due to close proximity of city hall, but we personally didn’t see any. The staff at the hotel was SUPER nice and helpful. Any time we’d need a taxi they would be more than eager to help us. The woman working at the gym was also very kind in helping me with room requests unrelated to the gym, which was very nice of her. The gym is clean and decently spacious for a hotel gym. The spas are separated by male and female but it was one of my favorite parts about the stay- there’s a hot tub, cold bath, sauna, and pampering area. We had breakfast at the restaurant numerous times because it was much better than your typical hotel breakfast- I recommend trying it atleast once (roughly 20 usd per person). May be worth it to add the breakfast package if possible when booking. The room itself was small, but manageable for a trip where you’re typically out doing things anyways. Even though our room faced the street, we never heard the commotion of the street at all, nor did we ever hear others on our hotel floor. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag of delightful comfort and minor inconveniences. We were generously offered an early check-in, a much-needed respite after a long flight, though the room location had its quirks. The room, situated on the lowest floor facing the main street, proved to be surprisingly soundproof. The windows did an impressive job of resisting most street noise, with only occasional disturbances from buses, trucks, or the rare honk or siren. These disruptions were infrequent and did not significantly impact our overall comfort. Setting aside the occasional street sounds, almost everything about the room felt luxurious. The bed, pillows, and blanket were exceptionally comfortable, facilitating a sound and restful sleep. Practical details like having wall sockets on each side of the bed, each equipped with two USB A ports, were a thoughtful touch for modern travelers. The suction of the toilet bowl was noteworthy, ensuring efficient use. The responsiveness of hot and cold water added to the convenience. The room size was ample, providing a comfortable living space. However, the only drawback was that the curtains, while decent, fell short of full blackout, allowing around 80-90% of light to filter through. For those sensitive to light while sleeping, this might be a consideration. In summary, our stay was marked by comfort, thoughtful amenities, and efficient services. The occasional street noise was a minor trade-off for the overall positive experience. If you prioritise comfort and modern conveniences, this hotel is a solid choice. With a few tweaks, it could easily become a perfect haven for a diverse range of travellers.

Pertama sekali, ia sangat selesa kerana hotel ini terletak betul-betul di hadapan beberapa tempat panas seperti Hoehyeon Station dan Namdaemun Market. Terdapat begitu banyak restoran yang enak di sekitar dan pemandangan malam bertingkat sangat bagus. Tempat letak kenderaan adalah percuma, tetapi satu-satunya tempat letak kenderaan luaran adalah yang dikesali. Kemudahan di dalam hotel sangat bersih, saya menyukainya, dan saya dapat tidur nyenyak. Anda juga boleh menyewa gelas anggur dan pembuka dengan bertanya mengenai perkhidmatan gabus di kaunter penerimaan tetamu!

위치도 좋고 화장실 관리도 잘 되고 괜찮아요. 아쉬운 점이 세수할 수 있는 게 없었던 점.. 핸드워시 있던데 굳이…? 그거 말고 비누라도 놔주세요… 바디샤워로 세수했음… 그리고 방음이 잘 안 돼요.. 소리가 너무 들려요. 화장실 문이 스르륵 자꾸 열려서 안에서 쓸 때 수건을 받쳐놨다는 점?
