It's great, cheap, and not far from the airport. Overall, it's quite comfortable and conveniently located near the airport.

Smooth communication with the receptionist (night shift), he knew well about customer service as a frontline. The accomodation provided is very good but one think bothered me is the running water from the water tap is slow. Management should check regarding this matter. Need to improve the cleanliness because on the desk that the hotel provides electric kettle and mug are very dusty. I believed the cleaning team didn't check these area since not all customer will be using it.

Place was quite isolated, better to stay at Kota Warisan, more amenities and more convenient to Airport.

Good for layover stay. The staff is helpful. Manage to book airport transfers at a good price. Room is ok, basic but the water heater can't be used. Although it is not a smoking room, i can still smell some cigarate smell.

This hotel has just been taken over by Swing & Pillows, previously known as T-Mok Hotel, so only up to the 1st floor is in operation. Facilities and amenities are complete but since renovations from 2nd to 4th floor might be ongoing, the feel of incompleteness is there. There's still no WiFi in the room area and some of the furniture is still seen outside the lift area. Prices are very affordable and the staff is very polite.
