Trip.com telah memberikan perkhidmatan terbaiknya untuk beralih ke hotel ini tanpa kos tambahan kerana hotel yang saya tempah tidak mendapat kakitangan untuk mendaftar masuk. Perkhidmatan yang baik daripada hotel juga, mereka mengharapkan saya apabila saya sampai dan mendapatkan saya sebuah bilik dengan segera. Bilik bersih dan selesa. Syabas kepada Trip.com dan pasukan

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Ok dan boleh lah untuk penginapan masa pendek dan berehat...cuma staf payah nak pickup call bila kita ada masalah untuk ditanyakan serta wi-fi no Connect...bilik berbau rokok.

Lokasinya yang strategik berdekatan dengan Shopping mall dan restoran mamak. Mudah untuk saya. Bilik ok sedikit kecil dan agak klasik macam tu. Layanan kakitangan hotel bagi saya biasa2 saja.

pengalaman saya dalam trip.com ini.. bukan hotel.. ya, hotel buat barang. tetapi perkhidmatan oleh trip.com sangat mengganggu saya dan pelanggan saya. saya telah menempah bilik dengan tingkap ya, betul anda tidak mendapat WINDOWS. nasib baik perkhidmatan dari hotel ini bagus dan menunjukkan kesilapan itu datang dari trip.com.. kecewa besar.. saya tidak tahu bagaimana untuk bertindak balas. mereka telah membayar balik saya. apa kesilapan saya saya tidak tahu harga yang berbeza tiada tingkap dan mempunyai tingkap. jika anda berada di tempat saya, sila semak semula tempahan anda dengan pelanggan adakah mereka mendapat bilik yang betul ??? Seram sikit bila sampai hotel. Recetionist pula tak boleh cakap bahasa melayu & english. So alternative nya, dia call kawan dia untuk jadi translator. Tapi dengan harga tu ok lar tu. Jangan minta lebih². Cuma selesa sebab katil semua queen.
