Ulasan Hotel Naval Sestao

Simple rooms, but tidy, well kept and very affordable. The breakfast can be purchased from the front desk on the day for €8.5 per person.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. A bit further out from city centre than initially anticipated and not in the nicest part of the city but fairly accessible from the local metro station.

i have traveled a lot but it was the first time to see a 3 star hotel without any facility even like 1 star ..... it was just a room ... average clean but location was very awkward and no other facility like any star rated hotel. but the price was quite expensive compared to location & facilities.

Hardly a 3 star hotel by any standards. Pretty old bouncy spring beds would be the main deal breaker. I guess still, probably the most comfy stay if you are in Sestao for business (which is not saying much, as Sestao is a full on industrial area). I was not there for business and just booked it because hotel showed on trip.com as short-ish drive (15min) from Bilbao station and there was nothing decent available closer by at that price range; however Sestao is not technically Bilbao and an uber from airport (there were no taxis), or from this hotel to Bilbao will cost you 30-50 euro. So it ended up becoming a way more expensive stay than booking a hotel of the same category in the city center. Meh.

We found the Hotel to be clean and reasonably located. We booked breakfast with the room for our stay but were informed by the front desk that the breakfast facility was no longer available and put a coffee machine an a few biscuits in the reception area. We were told that they would refund the amount we paid on our booking to our account but this has not happened.

Very comfortable and nice and good customer service.

Good value for money. It was clean, in an industrial area but well connected.

This hotel has bed bugs. avoid it

To spend a night it is good, close to the BEC

Las instalaciones están mucho más estropeadas de lo que se ven en las imágenes, tenía cortinas agujereadas, lámparas sucias .. No tenían servicio de restauración como ofrecen. La primera noche pasé mucho frío y no pude poner calefacción en la habitación porque según la chica de recepción es que es general y aún “están en modo verano” (a mitad de octubre). La limpieza estaba bien porque no pueden hacer magia si el material es viejo.

Buen servicio, aparcamiento fácil y check in rápido. Lo recomendaré.
