Bangunan itu sendiri agak bersih, agak jauh, tetapi terdapat kedai serbaneka dan restoran makanan segera berhampiran. My wife and I visited our son in Toyota in October, 2022. The website's introduction, with pictures, are all true-and-accurate. An abundance of shopping malls and restaurants were within walking distance. There is also a bus across the street with a direct link to the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast and the compactness of the room. Our only disappointment was the warmed seat on the toilet didn't work and was never repaired.

友人とツインルームに宿泊しました。喫煙可能な客室もありましたので、愛煙家にとっては大変魅力的でした。宿泊料金は無料の朝食込で1人あたり4000円台。駐車場代は別料金となります。駐車場は敷地内にもありますが、台数が限られています。事前予約は出来ません。私たちは祝日（翌日は平日）の19時頃に到着しましたが、すでに敷地内の駐車場は満車、提携のVITS駐車場が案内されました。VITS駐車場はホテルから近いので、敷地内駐車場に停められなくても苦にはならないかと思います。駐車場代は、チェックインの際に支払います。クレジットカードも利用可能でした。ホテルの方は、事前に伝えていたリクエスト事項も忘れずにきちんと把握してくださっていました。朝食はカレー、ご飯、納豆、お味噌汁、パン、サラダ、*焼き、ハンバーグなどのメニューがありました。フロント前のスペースでのバイキング形式です。無料の朝食としては十分な種類だと思います。専用のトレイもあるため、客室に持って帰って食べることも可能です。私たちは7:30頃に行きましたが、ほぼ満席でした。シャワーの水圧も問題はありませんでした。エアコンも一元管理ではないので、客室毎に調整可能です。唯一、気になった点は壁の薄さくらいでしょうか。これは東横インクラスのホテルに共通しているお話となりますが、壁が薄いので、隣の客室の音などは響いて来ました。

Loved everything about the hotel. Read a lot of reviews about how dark it was, but I found it quite soothing and matched its aesthetics perfectly (I dont normally like dark hotels). Beds were incredibly comfy, and the location was amazing! Staff were also super helpful even with my constantly annoying requests and questions. They were always smiling and willing to help, especially the French guy who's name I unfortunately forgot to get🥹Trust me, i was really annoying with my piles of luggage bags, and later need for luggage delivery request. LOL
There was also enough room in the triple room to open 2 HUGE luggage bags!

13歳の娘と泊まりました。12歳以下添い寝無料のホテルは時々見掛けますが、18歳以下添い寝無料はなかなかなく、元々の宿泊料金もお安かったので、とても助かりました。 もう体の大きい娘ですが、大人２人でも十分な広さのダブルベッドだったので、快適でした。 大人用のパジャマは備え付きでありますが、子供用のパジャマの貸出はないので、持参する必要があります（うっかり忘れてしまいました…子供用の枕とバスタオルは受付時に貸してくださいます。） スマホの充電器も忘れてしまいましたが、色んな挿し口のついた充電器が部屋に備え付けてあるので、スマホとモバイルバッテリーの充電ができて助かりました（２台同時に充電はできません）。 部屋も綺麗で、栄駅からもまっすぐ進むだけの徒歩２分、下にセブンイレブンがありとても便利だったので、名古屋に行く際はまた利用したいです。

The Livemax Hotel in Marunouchi was incredible!
The service I received from the staff was top notch! I felt well-accommodated and the public bath was just the cherry on top.
That coupled with the sauna were a highlight. It’s also close to several subway entrances and Central Park for shopping. I truly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit Sakae or Hisaya-dori park.

A Very well located hotel and great value for money. A stone's throw away from the commercial district of Sakae, Mirai Tower, Department stores, coffee shops, convenience stores. Very clean. Compact toilet and room, but to be expected. Service at the front desk was good. They were courteous and helpful in storing our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. Highly recommend for a short weekend stay in Nagoya. No hotspring facilities.

Nice! The children love Japanese style bed so much. They also love the tatami and the seats on the floor. We slept well at night. 7-11 is just 1 min walk from the hotel. Staff are all nice and polite

PPengguna Tetamu名鉄新瀬戸駅から徒歩5分。新瀬戸でホテルといったらここしかない。価格はシングルで6000円。名古屋駅前でももっと安いホテルがある。朝食は800円で和食と洋食があるが、コーヒーを飲もうと思ったら洋食を頼むしか無い。しかもコーヒーは、食事が用意されてから頼む手順になっていて、頼んでから10分くらいかかる。ちょっと悲しいホテル。
