We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

The Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan exceeded my expectations in every way, providing an exceptional stay. The hotel's prime location, panoramic views, outstanding cuisine, and warm hospitality all contributed to an unforgettable experience. During my July visit from Las Vegas, I created lasting memories with my aunt, and we were so impressed that I surprised her with a return stay for her birthday in August. The hotel's team, led by the supportive and kind Artak Minasyan, made this second stay truly special. I also appreciated the team's kindness in arranging a delicious cake to surprise my aunt during her birthday stay, which they executed flawlessly

A beautiful place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately my air conditioner didn’t cool down the room. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Good variety for each, however breakfast starts at 8. A bit tricky to navigate, especially from the new section. Level 1 in the main building is level 4 in the new wing.

We were the only ones in the whole hotel, which was kinda weird. We arrived pretty late, got checked in, but had a few hiccups which were soon fixed by the hotel staff. The next day, we had to rush to check out until we talked to them to give us an additional hour. I would have understood such a rush if there were lines of people standing and waiting to check in, but there was absolutely NOONE. Overall, the view is nice, and the room was ok.

My family and I only stayed for one night, as we only did a day trip to Dilijan from Yerevan, but it was such a lovely hotel! I would definitely come back and stay longer. Such beautiful views from the room balconies, as it's right against the forest. There is also a pool, a game room, and a sauna, but I didn't make use of those. I sat on the balcony reading for a bit. It's a very spacious hotel, with a lavish breakfast buffet provided in the morning. It also had free on-site parking, an elevator, and was very easy to navigate. Since I was travelling with older members of my family, Best Western was one of the few hotels in the area that were easily accessible (e.g., elevator, no required stairs, etc.). It's right off the highway, so easy to get to, and a short drive into the main area of Dilijan where there are several great restaurants!

this is a hotel in Dilijan, where there is everything for rest, competent breakfast, lunch, prepared not so that you just eat a piece of something and leave, but that you have something to compare with the quality of service. If there is a hotel, everything is here.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom. Beds were comfortable but on the softer side. The dinner buffet was very good with many entrée options...as was the breakfast. Good wifi connections. We stayed one night on tour on the way to Georgia.
