Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

We thought this hotel felt quite nice and fancy. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Some other reviews complained that it was dated. Our room and hallway must have been recently renovated. Hotel seemed like it was in very good shape. Few restaurants/bars in the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. I didn't see any indication that there was a pool (though there is a gym next door) or an on-site restaurant or bar.

We had the most amazing stay at Ocean Drive Seville. The staff were all super friendly and greeted us each day with a smile. We had opted for a room with a balcony which had a fantastic view of the Setas where we enjoyed some complimentary orange wine. It was the perfect place to watch the Setas light up each night. We even decided to get a ticket to go on top of the Setas because of how great it had looked from the hotel! The location was very good and we walked by foot to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and we were provided with water every day. A massive thank you to the staff at Ocean Drive for making our holiday to Seville so perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

A great ”Quirky ” hotel in a very central location. Set amonst little back streets with lacal tapas bars and quiet squares a few hundred metres away. Large rooms with air con which was needed in early July and the beds were large and comfy. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. We loved eating outside on the rooftop and also liked the suntrap option for an afternoon siesta. Staff were polite and friendly and always happy to help. If(When) we return i will look to come back here.

Great hotel - perfect for a solo stay! I was in the Premium Standard, which included two little tub chairs, a king bed (two singles pushed together but they didn't move!) and a huge bathroom with a great shower, bidet and two sinks. The location is great, 10 mins away from the Giralda and central city, and opposite you have a great department store with a supermarket underneath as well as Aldi on the other side - no more than 30 seconds, if that! I opted not to include breakfast, and there are no shortage of options in the locality. There are also a ton of fast food eateries - McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell are around the corner if you need an emergency feed. The room was spacious, and came with a kettle - but no coffee sachets, only tea. The bed wasn't as comfy as other hotels, however it was by no means uncomfortable. The pillows were soft, and the room in general was lovely and well decorated. The wardrobe had a lot of hangers - a plus - but there was no iron. The window opened (a big deal for me!) and I was overlooking a side street. I could see the top of the bell tower from my room, so that was nice! The cleaning staff were really friendly, and did a great job day after day - lovely team all round. There is no complimentary water, you have to pay for the ones in the mini fridge which, given it was late spring/early summer and was very hot, I thought was an oversight. One of the reasons this is getting 4/5 rather than 5/5 is that the room is not sound proof - I could hear everything going on in the other room adjacent as well as all the traffic from the corridor. Which also means they could probably hear what I was doing in mine too - worth bearing in mind if you play music or have the TV on loud! If you're looking for total quiet, this might not be the right place as evenings start late in Seville and go on until at least 11pm, so people come back to the hotel around midnight. Overall, I would come back - I loved it! Location is 5*, and if you're travelling alone as a woman, this hotel is safe and in a busy area on a main(ish) street. I felt absolutely safe the whole time in the city and around the hotel. Definitely worth the cost!

I stayed with my husband at this hotel last week. I have to say it’s by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. We were greeted on arrival by charming staff offered complementary drinks and shown our room. The room was spotlessly clean with full amenities, comfortable bed alongside excellent much needed air conditioning in Seville’s hot weather. Breakfast was beyond amazing with absolutely everything one could want- pastries, cheeses, meats, full English, pancakes, omelettes, fruit, yogurts - the choices and again excellent service was second to none. We ate one evening meal in the hotel which we would not normally do but as it was such a lovely place we decided to eat in - we were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member we met. Pool area was again relaxing with attentive staff. This is how hotels should be run. Sorry for long review but well deserved.

Experiencia muy buena, las instalaciones estaban bien, la zona del exterior es lo que más nos gustó. En la habitación, espaciosa, con buena iluminación, acogedora, la cama de matrimonio es grande y muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la nevera no enfriaba mucho, el aire o el acondicionado no funcionaba, había una ventana muy pequeñita que apenas entraba iluminación natural y la mampara de la bañera que se salía el agua afuera al ducharse. El buffet regular, desde nuestro punto de vista un poco caro para el precio que tenía y la consumición aparte. Por lo general genial!

We stayed here for 6 days and it was a great stay. The staff are very welcoming and we were greeted by lots of friendly faces when we arrived. Antonio was on the front desk and was so helpful and friendly. There was another man and lady also on the desk in the week who were also very friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well looked after.I travel alot but this was the best hotel hairdryer I have ever used!!!! The breakfast was great! Lots of choice and they even had a tea station.I didn't eat any cake but the chocolate cake looked divine. It was a very pleasant and relaxing breakfast room. The pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds and huge parasols if you wanted shade from the sun. We ate in the cafeteria attached to the hotel and the food was lovely and very reasonably priced along with the beer. I would like to mention Carlos and another gentleman with a beard who worked in the cafeteria who were very attentive and we don't speak Spanish and they tried really hard to understand us and did respond in English.There was another young lady that was often in the breakfast room who was very helpful. The hotel is a short bus ride away from the city The bus stop is a 5 min walk away and only €1.30 per person to get to the city.The bus is air conditioned and very comfortable. We got a taxi to the hotel from the airport which was €25 and €35 back but the hotel organised the return You can use Uber too. We will 100% stay here again when we visit Seville. Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish. The room was nice and comfortable, pillows were soft and it didn't feel too hot because there is AC. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which you annoyingly have to keep reconnecting to, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The main downside of our stay here was the dirty hotel room floors. There was hair all over the floor, not just singular hairs but clumps of hair which was extremely gross. The entire 5 days we stayed there, not once were the floors cleaned. Towels were also not changed regularly. We put a towel down on the floor as a bathmat and it was just picked up and placed back on the rack. Another downside was the outside of the hotel sometimes smelled really bad, maybe of sewage I wasn't sure what it was. The location isn't exactly ideal as it's 20 minutes away from the city centre if you took the bus. We called an Uber every night to get back to the hotel because the last bus is before 10pm. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's more 3 star. But it's decent and provides a comfortable and safe place to stay.
