Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

Pleasantly surprised as to quality of this top floor apartment. Not a loft really. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with a terrific and well sized balcony overlooking the cathedral. Great central location but also quiet as it’s up a side street. Here with mates for one night for the Rangers game but will be back with my wife as it ticked all the boxes for what we would want and Seville looks beautiful from what I saw in my short time.

The entrance to the apartments is a bit inconspicuous and you have to turn on the lights in the stairwell but the rooms are amazing. We stayed one of the higher floors which had 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms with a full kitchen / living room. The rooms were very clean and even had a small balcony you could stand on to view the Seville Cathedral directly across the street. The views were amazing. They also have a rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the catedral views at night (or during the day but its hot!!!) from a higher view-point. When we were there we had the entire roof to ourselves every time. The breakfast did only consist of some packaged ham, oranges, a small milk and bread (which was hard by the time we tried to eat it) so I would consider passing on that unless its included for free. Nevertheless, I cannot recommend this place high enough. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing experience and place. Two women run this place and manage it beautifully. They thought of almost everything and it is perhaps due to the fact that they are women designing a place to call it home away from home. They found the hotel location in ruins and built this beautiful B&B. They preserved a moorish time wall. My husband found it on Expedia and we booked it without knowing much about it. You can walk to all main attractions including alaczar and cathedral and great night life and restaurants. You cannot go wrong. Pros: -great location and friendly hosts. -Beautiful decorations and great terrace to relax after a long day. -Breakfast available until 1 p.m that you can get when you are ready. There is a microwave and a stove so you can prepare eggs the way you like it. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day and you have access to a nice refrigerator with milk and essentials. Very clean room with all essentials AC worked beautifully You see view of the neighborhood as it is located within kissing lane area so you can truly experience Spanish living. Some rooms have really large windows Provide slippers and real keys to lock your doors along with tooth brushes, paste, and a comb. There is a little safe in the room. Cons: no elevators so it was hard to go up and down No guest service person after 12 p.m. but they have a secure location and entry through using an entry code. Your keys are left at the locked box next to your room. Small bathroom/shower but it was sufficient for us. But it is so well maintained that we didn’t need to bother the hosts much.

Llamé dias antes para avisar era aniversario pareja y ya que en la página web no me dejaba elegir habitación, si podía ser vistas a la calle y no al patio. En la reserva también solicité cama de matrimonio en vez de dos camas. El hostal estaba prácticamente vacío, en mi planta sólo nosotros. Me dijo la chica del teléfono que lo anotaba. No tuvieron ese detalle… una pena al ser un motivo especial. La habitación era de dos camas y vistas a un mini patio, habiendo disponibles vacías como les pedía. Al llegar no hay nadie atendiendo allí. Todo por el teleportero k te atiende alguien a saber de dónde. Tenían que haber mandado al mail un código de acceso a la entrada y a la habitación y no lo habían hecho. Tuve que esperar allí 15 minutos hasta k m lo mandaron. Las vistas de la azotea lo mejor.

This small hotel is a complete gem and was a fantastic base for for our visit to Seville. The hotel is smart, immaculately clean and located in a quiet street adjacent to the Real Alcázar. Our room looked out into the Alcázar gardens. All of the central attractions and a great many eateries are just a short walk away. I cannot review the hotel without mentioning both the charm and the extraordinary kindness of its staff. Everyone was welcoming and offered great advice that helped us to enjoy and make the best use of our time in the city but during our visit we lost some important documentation. Our hosts went 'way above the call' to mitigate the difficulties this caused; extending our stay and interceding directly with the police on our behalf. Exceptional levels of initiative!
