The overall service was just average, not as good as some earlier reviews suggested. I had to wait quite a while to check in; the front desk staff kept chatting even though they clearly saw other guests waiting. However, they did helpfully mark attractions on a map during check-in. Other service staff were also rather stiff, not everyone was very enthusiastic or helpful. The room itself was great: good hot water, sufficient heating, and a comfortable bed. It's very close to attractions, almost all within walking distance. You do need to walk a bit from the main road as taxis can't enter the alley. Overall, I'd still recommend it if you don't have too much luggage.

Great location. Staffs were very kind and friendly. Room was big enough and has a big smart tv but it was a little bit hard to find. Also there were couple of flies in the room which probably have followed us in.

This small hotel has an amazing location with very friendly and helpful staff. A small oasis in the center of a beautiful city. I’d say it was borderline fairytale like.

Excellent hotel, great location near all tourist attractions, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The super king bed was awesome, the bathroom could be improved a little bit but not affected our stay at all. Definitely recommend, a great place to stay in Seville.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it for my reservation due to unavoidable personal circumstances. I was very disappointed that I couldn't cancel the booking. While I understand it was due to my own reasons and couldn't be helped, it was still a real shame.

Everything was very good.

Room was very spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit hidden away in the old city and about 10 mins walk from the Prado de San Sebastian bus station. The rooftop swimming pool is not really big enough to swim laps.

Hotel is in superb location. Very close to all attractions. We had a good stay. Service recovery was efficient after a hiccup during check in. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, hotel can be hard to locate as the hotel sign was small and it took us a few rounds of going in circles to find it.

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.

All great but, of course, because I was alone, they didn’t give ne the room I booked but a bit less good one, they gave mine to a couple I met. Fortunately, all the rest was perfect

I really like the decoration in this hotel room. It is very good to be able to stay like this at this price. It is in the old town and very close to the Royal Palace. I didn't try breakfast but there is a good Spanish restaurant within a few minutes' walk.

Beautiful accommodation and location, and I will definitely visit again, God willing.

Very disappointed with this room! The hotel is located in a small alley; it's a ten-minute walk with luggage to the nearest Uber stop (Lion's Gate), and the cobblestone streets in Europe are incredibly difficult to navigate. The hallway smelled strongly of alcohol, and the room only provided one bottle of water for two people, with no hairdryer. You could also hear church bells ringing from the room; light sleepers should avoid this hotel.
