Hotel is in superb location. Very close to all attractions. We had a good stay. Service recovery was efficient after a hiccup during check in. Breakfast was enjoyable. However, hotel can be hard to locate as the hotel sign was small and it took us a few rounds of going in circles to find it.

Nice hotel and great customer service. Bought the breakfast option and it was actually not bad for the price. They also offer free coffee mini bar at 6pm. The room I got has stairs, so be cautious when opening the door! My room has patio and it is very private. Location is really good, close distance to the attractions. Recommended.

All great but, of course, because I was alone, they didn’t give ne the room I booked but a bit less good one, they gave mine to a couple I met. Fortunately, all the rest was perfect

The hotel was lovely, staff amazing. Excellent location. Room was lovely, mostly clean. Unfortunately a few things let the room down. There was an old rug that was dirty and covered in peoples hair! :( Shower screen needs a good clean. Toiletries need stocked up daily. Took away our soap and never replenished.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location for exploring Seville - everything is within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful, in particular Joacquin who went out of his way to give us local recommendations. The whole team were really friendly and always greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. Only constructive feedback would be for the pool to be open in the morning (opens at 11am) and also for some parasols around the sun loungers (as it would have been nice to lie on them but they were in the direct sun with no shade) and for there to be someone available to serve drinks/snacks before 5.30pm. But we would stay here again and had a wonderful time!

Far from a 4-star hotel. Cleanliness is not up to the level. Walls in the room need painting. Disgustingly dirty rug between the bathroom and their room. Why is it there?! I reported that the floor of the room was not clean. The next day nothing changed. The do not have their own cleaning staff, they contract a cleaning company. I read on Google reviews that the staff of the cleaning company is not being treated fairly, sometimes paid less. Squeaky room door, too soft mattress, pile of dust on the amor conditioner. Apart from the location I do not see any good points of this hotel which I’d rather call a shabby-chic hostal. There are lots of other hotels to enjoy in Seville for more or less the same budget.

The pool, although small, was most welcome in the high temperatures experienced during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area was peaceful yet convenient for exploring the city on foot The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Location, location, location top marks just be aware taxis cannot get right up to drop you off with luggage but drivers usually help. We were a group of 8 Ladies in 7 rooms in early June when it was very hot, the ac was dreadful. My room was 28C on arrival, one of the ladies 30C and she had just got off a flight from Oz so was exhausted. We spent a lot of time complaining at reception, they have control from there that can override the room controllers. We repeatedly asked to speak to the manager on the 1st night and that didn’t happen, Paula did her best under difficult circumstances. The next day the manager explained the ac was in 2 zones and some of were in the non functioning one. You could see the staff continually go to the rooftop to reset and sometimes the controller in reception was showing hazard warnings on all rooms. Over our 4 days it didn’t get much better and one of our party changed room. Other guests said they had been suffering for days before our arrival. This is only the beginning of summer goodness knows what it would be like in August. We paid $7000AUS all up and should have had some compensation for our discomfort The manager offered us some cava not good enough. Otherwise we enjoyed The rooftop pool The comfortable bed. The ladies facing the street said the recycling lorry came around 2.30am and it was noisy. We loved Seville.

We were a group of friends who are food and culture lovers. Halo hotel was perfect for us for many reasons. Staff were our friends. Breakfast was classic Spanish. Rooms were ideal. Location could not be better. Loved it all. Great places to eat in the hotel and just outside.

Most of us have not been in such a boutique hotel . In the heart of the lively and historic attractions : you will find this 4 star Halo hotel. historic in details, & attractions are just 10 meters away . Great BED and pillows comfort and fully equipped modern room.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are amazing; comfortable and quiet. Only thing better than the rooms… the staff! Super friendly and very accommodating. Special thanks to Joaquin at the front desk… very professional and most helpful. Hope to be back soon!

If you prefer small boutique hotels, set in the quiet pedestrian only area this is for you. Very close to all attractions, this was ideal. All the staff were amazing and always on hand to answer any questions or provide restaurant recommendations. I loved our room (ask for room 26) which had our own private balcony and 3 windows overlooking the square and nice toiletries were provided. Loved that there were fresh local oranges in reception each day, and checkout was until 12pm. If you need to leave layer there is a secure location where you can leave cases. We also booked airport transfers through the hotel which was great. Highly recommend staying here.
