This supposed four-star hotel barely lives up to a three-star standard. I specifically requested a quiet room at 3 PM on the day of check-in, but they gave me a room facing the main road. I didn't think it would be noisy at the time, assuming the hotel's remote location would mean less traffic, so I settled in. However, I later discovered the window was broken and wouldn't close properly. Even after calling someone to fix it, it remained unrepaired, and the road noise was constant throughout the night. I wanted to switch rooms, but the hotel said the only available room was next door, also facing the road, and told me to inquire again the next morning. The most unbearable part was that at 8 AM the next morning, the hotel started construction right outside my room, making it impossible to rest. When I booked, neither the hotel nor the Ctrip page mentioned any construction. Had I known, I definitely wouldn't have booked. Later, I tried to mediate through Ctrip, but it was completely useless. I was supposed to stay another day, but I just packed up and left without a second thought. I left it to Ctrip to dispute the charges for the following day. Furthermore, for a four-star hotel, there weren't even slippers in the room – this is the first time I've encountered that after staying in hundreds of hotels. I won't even go into the other issues like the broken faucet, dim lighting, and dirty bathtub.

It was a terrible experience , they have work on the hotel so they start at 8 am, I am here to relax but with the nose I can’t sleep in the early morning.

Very good hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a smell when you first enter the room. Overall it is OK

Beautiful experience, very comfortable room

Hotel that I booked because of the good reviews, but it doesn't really boast a 4-star rating. The room I had on the first floor made the AC very loud. It was a triple for single use, the beds were small. The hotel was full and I probably didn't get a good room. The hotel is well located if you are passing through and close to the northern ring road. It is very far from the "beautiful" area. The room was not completely clean and the shower had very little water flow. But it is more than enough for one night, but the price of 130 euros is an exaggeration for this type of hotel.
