Good customer service Clean room

This hotel is really good, safe, and clean, with excellent service. I'd definitely recommend it. The old-fashioned elevator is quite charming, which I liked. It would be even better if the price were a bit lower.

What a lovely hotel, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The room was a great size with modern facilities and very clean. Our room over looked the pool which although we didn’t try it, it did look very inviting with plenty of lounges. The hotel is ideally located to the train station on a quiet street and about a 20-25 min walk into town, as we were only in Seville for a day we hired scooters to get about. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The hotel rooms were spacious with pool view. The double bed was a small one - queen size. Breakfast was good and had variety specially long hours until 11:00am which is quite rare. The location is bit weird as you always have to take a bus or cab to go into center. Apart from the location everything is great with pool facilities.

The air conditioner wasn't heating well, and the staff couldn't help either, but luckily we got extra blankets. The TV requires a Samsung membership to access, and even though I'm a Samsung member, I still can't watch anything.

I stayed at the AACR Hotel Monteolivos and had a very positive experience. The hotel is in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Justa train station, which is very convenient if you're traveling by AVE high-speed train or need to get around Seville. The facilities are very well-maintained and clean. The room, although not very large, was comfortable, with good air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and everything necessary for a pleasant stay. What I appreciated most was the friendliness of the staff: always attentive, helpful, and with a personal touch that makes all the difference. The pool and garden are a bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast is adequate, although somewhat basic; it's fine if you're looking for something practical to start your day. In short, it's a highly recommended hotel for its value for money, excellent service, and strategic location. Ideal for short stays or business trips, but also for tourist getaways if you don't mind being a few minutes from the historic center.

The hotel and location were generally quite good. We spent one night in Seville, but the problem is that you can hear everything and it's very noisy. Early in the morning, guests and then the cleaning staff made a lot of noise and we could barely get any rest.

Getting to the old town requires transportation, and kettles are not provided in the rooms.

The best thing was the location. The bed is large and comfortable. Very friendly staff. What we liked least was the parking as it is quite narrow.

The room was nice, the service was good, and it was within walking distance of the Santa Justa train station.

In the residential area, the decoration of the guest rooms is simple, and there are no bottled water or mouthwash cups. The female receptionist is beautiful and friendly, and she lent me 2 tall glasses. The hotel is in a good location, just 2 roads away from the train station. There are also 2 small grocery stores and the No. 21 bus stop behind the hotel.
