環境：摩爾莊園環境非常優美，泡酒店裡也能身心舒暢 服務：前台接待熱情周到，晚上 10 點到的，連忙幫我們聯繫晚餐的餐廳 我們訂的房間包含一日三餐中的二餐，可以選擇，非常滿意 誇一誇西班牙南部地區，熱情大方，連着去了三次餐廳，接待的看到我們像老朋友，得知我們即將離開塞維利亞，遺憾的擁抱，道別，要求合影留念，非常感謝 4 天的盛情款待，謝謝摩爾莊園所有服務人員

非常棒非常温暖的服務，樓下特別熱鬧，離景點很近。每天都打掃得很乾凈。

While the property is pleasent with a beautiful patio, it gave the look of an aged and average place. Housekeeping and staff were excellent but the property needs serious renovation. Doors were squeaky and furniture quite old. Overall not worth the nightly price of about $300/night without breakfast

Nice hotel in the middle of everything. Really nice staff. The breakfast could have been better. The rooms we had was ok.

Faisal was fantastic. He gave us great restaurant recos & helped arrange tacos for us. He really made the difference in our fun time in Seville!

Our hotel was at the center of so many monuments so it was walkable to a lot of things we wanted to see and do. On top of that, the staff was really nice and so helpful. We felt welcomed the moment we got there. Loved our stay and definitely recommend

Fantastic and charming hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz. Centrally located. Very clean. The receptionists were very friendly. I also enjoyed the free bikes.

Staff and facilities etc. Only downside was awoken to work being done at neighbouring properties not really managements fault. They did start work early though which woke us each morning sooner than we would have liked
