Hotel 3 Bintang di Sevilla

I stayed here with my Husband for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were right in the midst of the heatwave and so first thumbs up has to be the air conditioning… it was perfect. We had a room just off the breakfast area, plenty of space, fridge, safe in room (key hire from reception with returnable deposit). Nice bath/shower room, with toiletries provided, plus toothbrushes and comb. Fridge in room, with mini bar. Mix of hot and cold breakfast, fruit, pastries, good choice of breads (my favourite was the fruit and nut one toasted). Yoghurts, juices and great coffee machine, the coffee was perfect for us as not bitter. Teas including herbal also. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the desk to the girls at breakfast. Our room was spotless also. The Hotel is a perfect choice as it was so easy to get around, 5-10 min walks to the Cathedral, the Palace, The Bullring, The park, the river, the shops, great Tapas bars right outside the door… and the frozen yoghurt and ice cream shops. There was a fantastic flamenco show in the same street (a real must go). All in all, we had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this Hotel.

Bueno pues como así tal pedís yo cuento mi experiencia... Me equivoco en trip.com a la hora de elegir habitación ya que la quería doble y la elegí individual e inmediatamente me pongo en contacto con el hotel para poder obtener solución y obviamente me dicen que debo ponerme en contacto con la página en la cual hice la reserva. Llamo a atención al cliente de trip.com y después de 40 mnts a la espera cobrándome una pasta por la llamada,vuelvo a llamar al hotel para exigir una solución de la cual desde el principio me había comentado que no me podía solucionar... Disculpe pero tengo 2 hijos uno de 9 meses y otra de 9 años dormimos juntos en una cama grande es posible una supletoria aunque tenga que pagar por el complemento? Claro!! Me dice la chica ,pues muy bien me hubiera ahorrado 40 mnts de llamada en tiempo y bolsillo y en el caso de que me lo cogieran,haber cancelado(pienso). Por una habitación con dos camas unidas 20 euros más. Entramos todo muy limpio pero una calor insostenible. Llamamos y me dicen que subirán a verlo en cuanto puedan. Gracias!!Mientras estaremos en la piscina!!Una piscina muy pequeña pero muy limpia llena de amacas de las cuales no hemos podido aprovechar ningunas porque todo estaba completo y en la piscina no se cabía (y yo que venía a quitarle calor a mis hijos....) Subimos y sigue haciendo una calor terrible,baño a mi bebé lo duermo nos hechamos unos refresco yo y mi niña y es que ya no se podía... Perdone siento mucho molestar pero en esta habitación no se puede estar de calor,a lo que la recepcionista me responde que debo cambiarme a otra. Vuelvo a recoger todo cargo al bebé dormido en brazos los macutos ... Ni un disculpe... Esta bien,muchas gracias!! Esta habitación es mucho más pequeña,no tiene bañera como le encanta a mi hija,hay hormigas y la cama es mucho más pequeña que la que teníamos suplementaria por la que me hicieron pagar 20 euros . Bueno de nuevo sacamos todo y decidimos ir de nuevo ala piscina después de las perdidas de tiempo tan grandes en la cual sigue sin caber ni un alfiler pero aún así nos acoplamos como podemos y que los niños se refresquen. De repente unos gritos entre dos chicas, insultos y a poco de tirar**** de los pelos,ha sido vergonzoso los celos,la ira y la toxicidad de estas chicas delante de personas mayores niños pequeños y todos los que nos encontrábamos en el momento. En fin me vuelto a la habitación y aquí si que enfría el aire .

Hôtel très correct, une bonne literie, sdb très clean, le personnel à l’écoute et très sympathique. La piscine appréciée par toute la famille , nous étions sept dont deux enfants. Le petit déjeuner très complet avec de bons produits, la croissanterie parfaite ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement, un seul bémol, le bruit des portes dans les couloirs, on pourrait également mettre une goute d’huile, sur la porte de la sdb de la chambre 213. Merci par avance pour les prochains occupants.

This is a delightful spanish style hotel with a pretty interior courtyard. It has some lovely features and is centrally located in the Santa Cruz area. The rooms are a reasonable size with good wi-fi (free) and comfortable beds. (I would prefer firmer pillows but that is personal taste). The breakfast is good with a selection of continental items and some hot food, though this was only lukewarm when we stayed. Although there may not seem to be much on display, the food is replenished regularly which I feel is better than food being out for hours on end. There is free tea and coffee available from noon until 10pm which you can have in the lovely courtyard area. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to return when in Seville. The Santa Cruz area is very old with narrow lanes and even narrower or non-existent pavements at times. It would not be easy to push a buggy or a wheelchair around this particular area, although the actual hotel has ramps and a lift. The hotel also opens onto a road which is fine if you exit with care and this would not influence our decision as a couple to stay there. It was an amazing 5 night break.

The hotel is located at a very convenient area, with easy walk to all the attractions. Since it's not accessible by cars, it's quiet at night for good sleep. It's also only a short and easy walk from a taxi drop off place. The hotel staff is also very helpful in helping retrieve and ship a toy my daughter left at the hotel.

First time staying in the city of Sevilla at Hotel Don Paco. The Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the big attractions. The rate was reasonable. The staff are very professional and attentive. The Hotel is clean and of a higher standard and the rooms are spacious and come with a very small refrigerator. There is a roof bar and swimming pool giving a decent view of the city scape. Breakfast comes at €12 if not pre booked. Although the breakfast food choice was ample enough unfortunately my tastes are not and apart from the Scrambled Eggs I can not recommend anything from the hot Buffet. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a plus. Tour buses of French, English and Germans dominated the guest list.

The room was small with two twin beds making a single queen bed. The hotel has history, as it is a converted 18th-century mansion with antique furnishings. The hotel had a nice little courtyard as a good meeting spot with the tour group I was with. There was a small elevator near the front desk. The majority of the staff was very friendly, with the exception of the afternoon front desk woman when we first checked-in, who gave me attitude with the Wi-Fi password. Breakfast was included with my stay, and it was very good! I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich to start, then followed by a Greek yogurt with honey, nuts and fruit which was good. Sitting on the patio for breakfast really gave me an opportunity to experience the European culture of dining outside and reflect how fortunate I am to have the luxury of traveling. Mi experiencia ha sido satisfactoria

A lovely hotel! The location was great for seeing all the main sites of Seville and it was in a good place for using the airport shuttle bus. The staff are all lovely and very helpful. Our room was at the back of the hotel and sadly we didn't have much natural light or a view but the bed was very comfortable and cleanliness was good. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning -, delicious and so much choice! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Seville and would recommend.

Everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely room. Spotless. Excellent value for money. Arrived early and room was ready. Lots of little extras not always found in hotel rooms. Very quiet air con, coffee machine , comfortable large bed.
