★★★★★ I recently stayed at Hotel Giralda Center and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was incredibly clean and modern, and it was equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options. It was within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions, which made exploring the city a breeze.

Experiencia muy buena, las instalaciones estaban bien, la zona del exterior es lo que más nos gustó. En la habitación, espaciosa, con buena iluminación, acogedora, la cama de matrimonio es grande y muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la nevera no enfriaba mucho, el aire o el acondicionado no funcionaba, había una ventana muy pequeñita que apenas entraba iluminación natural y la mampara de la bañera que se salía el agua afuera al duch****. El buffet regular, desde nuestro punto de vista un poco caro para el precio que tenía y la consumición aparte. Por lo general genial!

Very convenient if you take a plane in the morning, as it is about 10 minutes (9 km away) from the airport. There are small shops and coffee places beside the hotel. It is very clean, quiet and staff is helpful. It is modern and the size of rooms is good.

Really good. 100% recommended. So clean and good location. Breakfast also worth it for 5 euros.

This hotel looks nice outside but it turned out to be a very frustrating experience to me. I attended there a travel industry conference. As I checked in later than the groups arriving by coach they gave me room nr. 21 (I've never been good in Black Jack: not my lucky number at this time either) - a room for disabled with railings and handles, located on the ground floor just behind the front desk. What truly bothered me was the dirtiness of the room - even if there were ”Higienizado” (sanitized) stickers all over. There was long dark hair on the bathroom floor. Had they stuck to my clothing, I'd have had plenty to explain to my wife at home... The ”view” was to the wall of the opposite house about 3 meters away, while my colleagues were telling me about their river views... Dissatisfied, in the evening of my arrival, I complained and asked to change room. The front desk was completely ignorant: they explained that in their system room 21 was standard double - with extra handicap equipping. Therefore I asked the manager, Sr. Amador, to contact me but he never bothered to do that. No wonder the service sucks, also in the F&B. As a farewell, they charged me 80 eur extra for late departure, even if I had paid the entire night but left early (this was later reimbursed by the congress organizer). Having stayed at the dungeon nr. 21 for the entire congress, I don't have anything else to say about the hotel or its staff but goodbye! Hasta nunca!

As novice drivers in Spain, we hired a car in the Algarve and wanted to find accommodation near enough to Sevilla to avoid hairy driving situations, but that would allow us to take a reasonably priced cab or Uber into the city. This location was perfect and had underground parking for the rental car. The hotel was economical and clean. The staff spoke English and was helpful. We stayed in a junior suite with a kitchen and living room and we really enjoyed having the extra space for a reasonable price. The hotel is also taking extra COVID measures that made us feel safe. Would return here again in a heartbeat :)

各方面都很好，床很舒服，酒店大堂就是餐廳，種類足夠可以，外麪附近也有漢堡王肯德基，還有超市Aldi。 大堂有飲水機免費接飲用水，負一層有洗衣房（我沒去用哈） 早餐一般 地下停車場一宿是6歐還是8歐來着

We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

The location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we will be back!

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte (la notte tra Pasqua e Pasquetta) pagando 108€ totali, il prezzo vista la posizione e la camera estremamente piccola (senza armadio e doccia separata da gabinetto) è un po’ caro. Anche il prezzo della colazione (7€) è eccessivo , la colazione era vasta ma nulla di eccezionale, c’era una macchina per farsi caffè/latte ecc , pane marmellate, piccole brioche , salumi e frutta . Nonostante tutto l’hotel e pulito e accogliente per una notte va più che bene , la zona è abbastanza centrale , massimo 5 minuti a piedi dalle Setas.
