Hotel berhampiran ROYAL PARC, Shaline

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel, tout s’est bien passé. J’ai failli annuler mon séjour en voyant les commentaires mais je ne l’ai pas fait et j’en suis heureuse. Il est vrai que l’hôtel n’est pas un hôtel de luxe mais niveau qualité prix rien à dire. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine couverte et chauffée et la nourriture était très bonne.

انا رولا من لبنان جيت انا وزوجي اسبوعين كانو اسبوعين من العمر اوتيل بيجنن والعمال كتير مهضومين وخدومين بس بدن طلب زوجي طلب نغير الغرفة اول مرة عشان التخت كان صغير بعد ساعة كانت الغرفة جاهزة الغرفة التانية كانت كتير حلوة بس ما بطل على المسبح كمان طلب نغير الغرفة كان في كتير عالم بالاوتيل كان فول بس لما صار في مجال ضغري غيرو الغرفة .أما بالنسبة للأكل كتير طيب وكل يوم كان الاكل غير مش نف البوفيه، الصبية يلي على répétions اسما وصال كتير طيوبة وبس بدا خدمة عطلة كانت كتيرحلوةواكيد رح عيدا وانشالله للأعلى يارب نحبكم برشا

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities from multiple bars to two pools. Right on a small private beach. The entertainment in the evening was different every night and quite enjoyable. The lobby is clean with again it’s own bar and staff are very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard with new towels every time however a ‘do not disturb sign’ isn’t available in every room and probably should be as there were a few times we were still asleep when the maids came in however they were extremely friendly and happy to come back later/next day. The rooms are slightly outdated but this wasn’t an issue at all. The restaurant has a variety of food and is a decent size the only slight issue is there is a bit of queuing required for popular items such as meat, pizza etc. pools are maintained to a goo standard with multiple life guards and they each have their own snack bar which was a pleasant addition alongside many sun beds. The pools were also used a source of entertainment as activities such as Zumba, water polo/volleyball were often taking place. The Wi-Fi only works in certain places but this was expected as the hotel is a significantly large building. The staff have been absolutely excellent and have really surprised us they are genuinely such a lovely bunch of people who are happy to help and go the extra mile. All in all a very lovely holiday down to the staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend

we had a loveley holiday at these hotel. we get a beatiful room was confortabule. stuff was great and service was with smile. we did love special The entertaiment The beach party pool games pool party and a lot of funny activities. The atmosphere at nigth also was amazing every nigth a deferent show. thanks Mondo and crew🧡

The hotel is a very fine one. Yes, it has its mistakes and shortcomings (I have read the one star reviews before) but you simply cannot except much more for this price and location. + : Staff is super friendly and understanding with kids (except for 1 person). There is a lot of folks working there! Really a lot.. Amazing amount of workforce.. Never seen before in Europe that much people working in hotel. Pools are as good as on the photos. Beds are excellent. Food is constantly available. Food for kids is even more constantly available :) For diners you can get away from the crowd by booking for the 'special' diners . Same kitchen, same taste, you don't get to choose from dozens of food, you get what they prepare, but there is no crowd. Simple tradeoff. We were in a suite w sea view - it was ok, first room on the corridor, we had like 90 degrees view. -: There are mosquitos. Not a lot, but red haired white skinned kids can suffer a bit from them. The hotel is applying gas to control the mosquito population but additionaly nets would be nice on the terrace doors. Food is what you can get when there are hundreds of people on all inclusive. That simply requieres a food factory. There was no food of dubious quality, sometimes the tastes were not to our liking, yet you trully have a wide range of dishes to choose from. So it wasn't a fine dining experience but it was totally ok and sometimes even more. Drinks are not the best. The all inclusice includes wines and beer which we tried only once and opted for the extras after that (bottled beer and wine from the a la carte menu). But it was not expensive at all so even if you are a bit pricky, like we were, you won't have to spend a lot. The half day camel riding program is a disaster. They take you to the outskirts of the next town where is a LOT of rubbish everywhere. It was like touring in a garbage dump. Outside the hotel the country is, well, not too nice. Garbage heaps, garbage, shredding and flaking plastic, and some more garbage. :( Unfinished buildings, half demolished buildings, etc. So the hotel is like a totally different world. The sea and the pools were a bit cold in mid June. A bit. Good between 11 and 4, not particularly inviting when the sun was otherwise not shone strongly. The sand on the beach on one hand is superb, yet there is some debris from construction! Pieces of broken brick. But not covered with it, only some. The so called amusement programmes are tooo loud. We were running away from it every time it started, they turned up the bass and played some techno - but we are a family prefering quite environment. Also there was a part of the evening program that was meant to be entertaining, but it was very very strong for us - the joke was that a male member of the staff dressed up as a woman, and they called 4 ladies on stage who had to walk and look sexy, etc. But again - you don't have to go there. Normally I only write reviews regarding highly recommended spots or places to be avoided. Happily Hotel Paris Sousse falls into the former category. I am not a ”bakpacker” and when travelling I am fortuneate to be able stay in a variety of places from $40 to $400 dollars a night. This hostel/small hotel falls at the lower end of price and is located within but on the edge of the medina making it in an ideal position to visit the old and the new town. The rooms are very small but clean,with good hot water and good beds. There is a very nice restaurant attached(Restaurant du Peuple) which is open for breakfast and lunch. All in all excellent value.

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Прекрасный персонал, вежливый и ненавязчивый, шоу анимации супер классное. Номер с видом на море нас устроил. Ужины вкусные и разнообразные, а вот завтраки мне не очень понравились, для 5* маловато выбора. Абсолютная чистота, удобная кровать, постельное белье и полотенца как новые, халаты и тапочки брендированные в отдельной упаковке, презент от отеля в виде фруктов тоже очень понравился. Странно, что в платном бассейне нет шезлонгов (!) в басплатном есть!

Spent two weeks at the hotel and it was such a great experience. Rooms were spacious and always very clean. There was a really good selection of food, even after 14 days, we didn’t get bored of the meals. The staff was amazing, super kind and friendly all the time. The waiters at the restaurant and at the bars were always quick and extremely polite. Big shout out to the animation team, especially Kouki. The boys are hard working and dedicated to their job. Their evening shows were amazing to watch for both kids and adults. Overall perfect vacation, hopefully I will be back.

To be honest, when I first arrived at the hotel on the Saturday night, I was somewhat disappointed. I was the last person to be dropped off and all the hotels I’d seen en route were a lot more fancy. I was in room 403, which overlooked the pool and had a sea view, which was amazing. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable and did face a bar that played loud music, however, I always travel with ear plugs so I was able to get a decent nights sleep. The food wasn’t labelled so I didn’t know what I was eating for most of the time but that didn’t stop me from enjoying it! I was all inclusive and the drinks on provided were in the smallest of cups, which felt a bit of a con. The pool areas were a really good size however, many of the loungers were broken, but I was always able to find one that wasn’t damaged. The hotel is a bit shabby and could do with some TLC however I actually enjoyed my time here. It wasn’t too busy and the staff were friendly and helpful. After reading the reviews, I expected to not enjoy my stay however it was the opposite. The El Bar, next to the water slides was a nice place to hang out on the evening and as was the separate bar area on the ground floor. I’d stay here again if I was ever in the area.
