This hotel is new but there are hardly any services available in this hotel, firstly wifi doesn't work properly, few of the rooms are not even cleaned regularly. The staff doesn't even hesitate before behaving rudely with the customers. Overall the stay was not at all satisfactory. Request everyone to avoid this hotel. P. S - they provide towels on request and are not available when you enter the room.

Hotel Ambiance was good, the hospitality was good, room was neatly cleaned and the room appearance & furniture was also good, the food at the restaurant was also good. the drop to airport was also arranged by the hotel staff. hotel staff was well trained & presented very well. It was a transit stay of about 5 hours. Came in late at midnight and left by 4:30 a. M. E we were tired after a long trip and just wanted a clean bed. That we got. The youngster at the reception was very helpful and organised the drop to the airport. I was surprised to get the wake up call from him. Not an automated ringtone. Not a very squeaky clean property, but the minimum cleaned and maximum human touch made up for it

This is my first stay in hotel and I was fully satisfied with the service they offered right from food, gym etc.... The stay is really comfortable for the family and also near to airport. The staff here was so friendly and Ms.Khushi was really nice to guide in all requirements.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks
