✨Found a gem in Shanghai! I'm absolutely locking down eLong An Yun! 🔒 The moment I opened the door, the room was so clean it practically gleamed! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a dream for germaphobes 🚿. The marble walls look so chic and are easy to clean, and the solid wood hangers feel substantial – a true delight for detail-oriented guests! 🤩 One morning I forgot my room card, and the front desk lady smilingly replaced it and even recommended some amazing local eateries. When the cleaning auntie tidied the room, she even neatly coiled my charging cable that I'd just tossed aside – the service here is just impeccable! Free mineral water, a wall-mounted TV to save space, and a small table and chair set-up make it so comfortable for lounging on my phone or even doing some impromptu work that I didn't want to leave. It has a cozy, understated vibe, and after staying here, it's immediately going on my list of regular spots in Shanghai!

I stayed here for a second night in a row. It's right next to the subway station, so it's convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly. The soundproofing was excellent, not noisy at all. The front desk lady was super enthusiastic, and check-in was quick. There's a small robot downstairs and a self-service coffee area. She also thoughtfully recommended some local food. The value for money is amazing! I stayed two nights, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

Five-star praise does not step on thunder! Health is in place, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the facilities are new and easy to use. The staff responded promptly, had a friendly attitude, lived comfortably and worry-free, highly recommended!

The hotel room feels a little outdated, and the smoke smell in the corridor is quite strong. When we first checked in (318), the window door was left open — perhaps to air out the previous smoke odor. The humidity inside the room was also a bit high. Housekeeping service could be improved. They don’t change the bedsheets unless requested, and I only realized on my third day that a stain on my bed remained untouched. On the positive side, the location is excellent — close to the metro station, grocery stores, and just about a 10-minute walk to Tianzifang, one of the famous landmarks. What truly stands out are the staff. The three receptionists (two ladies during the day and one gentleman at night) were exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Despite the language barrier, they always went above and beyond to help in any way possible. Overall, this hotel is good for a short stay of around three nights, but may not be the best option for families or longer visits.

It is nice. I had to go Shanghai University next morning. It was comfortable staying there and going to uni by walk. Also, a halaal lanzhou lamian (restaurant) was adjacent to the hotel building. I enjoyed staying there, but I felt it could be very annoying if my neighbors were noisy. When they were talking I heard them and it was annoying, however, for a short period.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station and Mixc. It takes only a few minutes to get to the subway station from the hotel. It is very convenient to take the subway to various attractions, saving a lot of time and taxi money. Next to it is Mixc, which has everything to eat, drink, play, and buy, satisfying all my needs. After visiting Mixc in the evening, I walked back to the hotel slowly, feeling super comfortable. Although the hotel is not big, the room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm, which is very comfortable to live in. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is very refreshing to sleep. The bathroom is also cleaned very cleanly without any odor. The boss and staff are very enthusiastic. Not only was the check-in speed fast, but they also carefully recommended interesting places and delicious food around to me. The service is really considerate.

The most cost-effective hotel, the bedding is very clean, the room is a little small, the bathroom is intelligent, the smart toilet, the shower head has a large water output, which is much better than other hotels, the mattress is also super comfortable, the pillow is a latex pillow, similar to the deep sleep pillow of Atour Planet, it is really cost-effective, I will definitely come again next time

The hotel is large. The room was very satisfactory. The service is pretty good. Xiao Zhang at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The waiter provided luggage service and it was very convenient for the child to come for the exam. The room was clean and quiet and the equipment was very new. The room was fragrant.
