Friendly and warm staff. The room looked exactly like the picture, convenient location to the airport. There is the transfer service to the airport but it’s close enough so you can easily book a reasonably priced taxi. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and upgraded our room for free. The room had an excellent location, close to the scenic area, and we could see characteristic buildings right from the window. The room facilities were very complete and smart. The hairdryer wasn't one of those cheap, ineffective ones, and the smart toilet goes without saying. If I get the chance to visit Suzhou again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

We came late at night. The reception was open, the receptionist was there, polite and helpful. The room was nice, clean and spacious. We had to hurry in the morning so we didn't taste the breakfast but we had it included in the price. The Hongqiao airport and railway station are close to the hotel. We recommend the Hanting Hotel for couples and business travelers. Very good value for money.

The hotel’s location is excellent — near exits 1, 2, and 3. I chose this hotel because it’s on Metro Line 2, which is convenient for getting to PVG Airport. The hotel is easy to find; it’s on the 7th floor of the building that has a Luckin Coffee shop. There’s an elevator operating 24/7 with a security guard stationed there at all times. You can store your luggage for free at the hotel after check-out. The staff don’t speak English, but using a translation app works perfectly fine. The staff are polite and provide good service. The room is clean, though it felt a bit stuffy at first—probably because it’s a room without windows exposed to sunlight. However, the hotel had already turned on the air conditioning, which helped. If a room with natural light is available, you can ask the staff to change it for you. There seems to be only one power outlet in the room. The internet is a bit slow but still usable. If you plan to have the buffet at Dongshen, the restaurant is in the Mosaic building on the 5th floor, directly across from the hotel. This is a reliable chain hotel, a brand you can trust. The location is a major plus, very convenient for the subway and Jing'an Temple. The hotel was renovated just a couple of years ago, so the facilities are new, and cleanliness is excellent. I stayed for three nights, and the soundproofing was great – I didn't hear a single noise, which meant I slept really well. As for the breakfast buffet, for a budget hotel, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

My overall experience at Hanting Hotel (Shanghai Bund Jiangxi Middle Road) was very satisfying. The front desk staff were excellent; check-in and check-out were efficient, and their communication was patient and thorough, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were very diligent, cleaning it promptly every day and replacing amenities. The attention to detail was impressive. The hotel environment was quiet, and the public areas were neat and orderly, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is definitely a plus—you can walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road, and there are plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. You can even enjoy the night views on your way back. This hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai. Highly recommended.

The lobby was very clean, and the robot food delivery to the room door was very convenient. The subway station was right next door, providing easy access to all directions. It was also on the same railway line as the airport and train station (Line 10 to Hongqiao).

The location is superb! There are convenience stores and fast food options right downstairs, and a shopping mall is only 300 meters away. Two subway stations are also within a 10-minute walk, truly a prime spot! We even received a room upgrade, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The robot delivery and other services were also very convenient. Considering the area and the price, it offers excellent value for money.

The room had great natural light and an expansive view, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation. The staff were always available and promptly resolved any requests.
