Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: 尊敬的賓客，您好：首先感謝您入住本酒店，非常抱歉沒能讓您滿意，我們始終相信好的口碑一定是從客人最真誠的滿意度推薦出去的。您的寶貴意見對我們很重要，您訂的行政套房每個樓層2間，房間內不可能一模一樣的，當天您之前住的那間已經住客人了，衹能給您提供另一間，抱歉沒讓您滿意。洗衣服務的話，我們都是送洗，當天12點前，是在第二天的下午三點之前送到，12點後就需要隔天下午了，您的洗衣是下午一點才送的，所以衹能在第二天才能送到。我們酒店有送物機器人為每一位住客提供送外賣的服務，機器人送不了的也會有員工去送的。我們酒店有專用電梯，衹停酒店樓層和大堂。抱歉這次滿意讓您滿意，我們也會改進您提到的各類問題，也希望您下次還能選擇我們酒店。
