Good value of money, walking distance from Xiepulu Metro station (the footpath is a little bit rough but okay) which is on the 14 line, very convenient to visit the landmark area in Lujiazui, Yuyuan; etc. Baggage storage and general service available. The room is really clean and nice, strong WiFi connection. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and had nothing to complain about

The soundproofing was a bit poor, the room was a little small, and the door wasn't completely closed after cleaning. Takeout orders were left downstairs and delivered by a robot, which was a bit slow. The service was okay, and the facilities were good.

When we checked in, they helped us choose two rooms together, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered free late check-out. The rooms were nice, the facilities were good, and the service was warm and friendly with smiles. There was also free laundry service on the first floor. It's 7 kilometers from Lujiazui, which is very convenient.

The front desk guy and the cleaning lady are very polite. They will greet you when they see you. The hygiene is good. There is nothing wrong with it. It makes people feel comfortable. The cups are disposable and clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I forgot to take pictures. There is only a very short video. The screenshot is a bit blurry. Sorry.

The experience was very good after staying for two weeks. The room was very clean and the large LCD could project the screen.
