i extended my stay at this hotel again, unfortunately the service has become worse and worse. cleaning service is very inconsistent. each day when i leave, i remind them to clean the room and today is the second day that the room hasn’t been cleaned. when the room is cleaned, toiletries such as handwashing soap, shampoo and body wash are not replenished. even more basic things such as toilet paper are seldom replaced. extremely disappointed.

Nice, spacious and clean room. The kitchen is not that functional though. They don’t provide any cutlery or crockery just 2 glasses and nothing else. I also wish the room had a full length mirror but besides that it’s a very nice hotel. Note: You have to pay a deposit of 200RMB when checking in.

I had an amazing stay at this service apartment , worth the money I paid for . The room was fantastic with a kitchen, bathroom, fridge , microwave . I had a good stay and slept like a baby . I will definitely book this place again in the future .

The room is nice and clean with comfortable beds. We purchased this room because apparently has a kitchen, but do not expect to cook as they will not provide a single item to do it. No pan, no plates, no soap to clean, nothing. We were very disappointed that the hotel did not help us with this and was the main reason we took this room. On the other hand, they force you to give a 200Yuan deposit for the key where they will refund you in your card at the end of the stay. Of course if your card is not chinese do not expect to have the money back in your account. We lost the money due the way they manage the refund. Would not recommend for this two reasons.

Nice and not too expensive. Unfortunately very loud during the nights around 2am and 4am, when the garbage bins are emptied on the streets. The cleaning staff is nice, but not really cleaning well. However - I would come again due to the price. :)

OK location if you mostly use north jingan, near line 7, bikeable. Large rooms and good showers, housekeeping is nice. Lots of restaurants and basics neaerby. Front desk doesn't want to be there. Rooms lack all standards like safe, ironing board, etc, and hotel doesn't have any supplies and can barely even find clothes hangers - no kitchen cutlery, soap, anything, stripped bare. Budget for buying some yourself if you need them for a few weeks, stores are basically across the street, should be ¥200 for all you need.

It was a pleasant stay. However, we were given the room 2 hours after the stated check in time and we wanted to extend the check out timing for another hour they said it’s impossible and we have to pay a half day usage booking fee if we wanted to utilise the room. To add on the drainage system in the shower wasn’t great either, it takes quite some time for it to drain the water and once we’re done using it, the whole toilet will be wet.

Very clean and new. Great location. Friendly host. A charging pile was available at parking B2. Highly recommend.

家庭出遊定的豪華家庭房，非常滿意，房間乾淨衞生，而且設備齊全，設施也非常智能，總體很滿意，性價比很高，有停車場可以充電。R的服務也很好，入住前後都有提醒注意事項，很細緻。非常推薦，地理位置很方便。

整體挺好的，房間也大，服務也不錯，還可以洗衣服做飯（雖然沒做過），一樓還有家超好吃的雞鍋，周邊吃飯的也很多唯一不足的就是樓下銀行在裝修，敲敲敲的有點煩人，有天8點多就被敲醒了。以後等着裝修的搞完了還回來住
