First, pictures one and two show the actual laundry room, while picture three is a promotional image, which is false advertising and completely inaccurate! Second, there's a strange smell in the restroom. Third, the hotel's printer is broken, so they can't provide the free printing service they claim to offer. Fourth, the bedroom walls have peeling paint and look old.

Facilities: Well-equipped, with a small bar and very convenient for toiletries. Hygiene: Above average, a bit dusty in the corners, but it was re-cleaned later. Environment: The location is quite good, very close to the Sixth Hospital. If you're visiting for medical treatment, choosing this hotel would be a good decision. Service: Above average, the attitude was decent.

I've never stayed in such a terrible room. The toilet was clogged, and an aunt and uncle came to fix it. Their attitude was very bad; they insisted we threw a face towel in, even though we told them we only threw in toilet paper. They kept grumbling with a terrible attitude, saying it would cost 50 to unclog the toilet. What kind of talk is that? We asked for an extra quilt, and they gave us one without a duvet cover. When we asked the front desk to help put it on, they looked annoyed and had a bad attitude. The toilet was also dirty, the drain was clogged, the bed springs were poking out, and I've never seen such strange slippers before.

Avoid this place! Seriously, avoid it! I have no idea where these good reviews came from, and I'm not sure if Trip.com even monitors these listings. The moment I walked in, there was a horrible smell of sewage backing up from the toilet, and the dust on the kettle was suffocating. Entering the bathroom was even worse – the stains and limescale on the sink were off-putting, and the grime on the floor was just disgusting. How can a place with conditions like this have a 4.5-star rating and command the prices they're asking online? Forget the overall environment; it doesn't even meet basic hygiene standards. You'd be better off staying at a budget chain hotel.

The hotel is quite new, and the service is excellent. Great value for money.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody. The "included breakfast" that is mentioned on the Trip.com profile/website consists of one boiled egg, one small piece of bred and a small drink carton of vegan milk. What you see in the picture is what we got for two persons. This is in my opinion an unacceptable amount of food for breakfast, and when we asked the reception about it, they said we could not get more. Also, in the pictures on Trip.com they show a very nice shared laundry room, but the reality is different. There is a messy, dirty laundry room with only one washing machine and one dryer. During our stay the dryer was broken, so we got some clothes hangers to dry the clothes in our room. This malpractice and blatant lying is unacceptable. The location is okay if you need to be close to the hospital, but if you're planning on visiting the city center as a tourist, I would recommend places closer to the city center, or at least closer to a subway station. There are some nice restaurants and small supermarkets nearby, which is convenient, but going into the city center (and coming back) is always a bit of a hassle. In terms of cleanliness: when we arrived the bathroom mirror was dirty and full of stripes, as was the backsplash of the bathroom sink/counter area. The top shelf of the wall cabinat was also incredibly dusty, showing a lack of consistent and frequent cleaning. The rooms are noisy with poor sound insulation, which means that you can hear everything going on in the central hallway (most of the rooms are connected to this one, so there's a lot of noise of people walking up and down, talking, etc.). Only on the day of our arrival was there teabags in our room with the provided water bottles and water boiler, but on all subsequent days the housekeeping did not restock the tea: only the water bottles. Another bad thing is the mattress: it is so hard, non-flexible and non-moulding that you can feel the inside of the mattress. Laying in certain positions hurt my body due to the hard and uncomfortable mattress. For one night you might survive, but spending multiple nights on such a mattress is not healthy or good for your body. In conclusion: mostly based on the many negative aspects of this hotel, with the blatant lying about the laundry room situation (and not having a functional dryer at the time of our visit) and the very minimal provided breakfast being two of the worst things about this hotel, I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody. I stayed at this hotel when it first opened two years ago and found it very convenient, so I chose it again for my trip to Shanghai. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the strong scent of lilies. The young lady at the front desk was very gentle and helpful. There was also a particularly enthusiastic person at the entrance who helped open doors and carry luggage. It turns out he was the new owner, which made us feel a bit embarrassed! The room was also very clean and hygienic. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!!!

The front desk lady had a great service attitude, and it was very convenient to store my luggage. The room environment was excellent with a window, providing bright and ample light. The cleaning staff also had a wonderful service attitude, making my stay very comfortable.

I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk service! From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly welcomed. The front desk lady was so friendly and handled my check-in quickly and meticulously, proactively pointing out small details in the room and how to use the hotel facilities. At check-out, she patiently answered my questions about local transportation and even helped me call a taxi before I left. The entire experience felt so comfortable and thoughtful, with absolutely no sense of distance. This professional yet warm service truly earned extra points!

Every time I visit, I'm genuinely impressed by the front desk staff's attitude. My family comes here monthly for hospital check-ups, and we always stay at this hotel. They are truly warm and attentive; their service really leaves a great impression! However, there's one thing I must point out. We stayed for several consecutive days, and even after I requested housekeeping, our room wasn't cleaned. The laundry room sign says it closes at 8 PM, but when I went to pick up my clothes a little after 7 PM, it was already shut. When I knocked and they opened the door, a woman inside seemed quite upset. This really needs improvement. I hope you continue to get better and better.

Wow… well it was CHEAP! Bed is only a box spring no mattress. So could not sleep bed was so hard. (Chinese style) I asked for extra blanket, they said no. The heat took almost all night to warm the room (cold) i

The front desk service was absolutely terrible, beyond awful! For breakfast, they only provided a carton of milk and a piece of bread. Plus, my room was located outside the main building, requiring me to walk out and turn left to get there. I've been traveling for business for over a decade and it's rare for me to give a hotel a bad review, but this place genuinely pushed me over the edge!
