Ulasan Vienna International Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Airport)

Whenever I arrive in Pudong, Shanghai, it's usually after 7 PM. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport is very convenient. The room was quiet with good soundproofing. This is my top choice for both business trips and family vacations.

Hahahaha, it was good! It was our first stop in Koh Samui. The hotel shuttle bus was bigger than before, but also a bit more crowded. The facilities were a bit older, but it was quite convenient.

The front desk service was excellent, which made for a great impression. The 24-hour pickup service from Pudong Airport, scheduled drop-off service, and Disney shuttle service were all very good. The freshly ground coffee was very smooth. The shuttle service was very efficient, the front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The freshly ground coffee was fragrant and mellow. I felt very safe staying there alone. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

I had late transit arrived at 11pm local time and they offer free shuttle van to hotel. Next day morning also has free shuttle to airport , it is very good for people need rest while waiting transit. Overall breakfast had good variety and start at 530am. Only minus point is surrounding of hotel was nothing , but it is ok for people need transit .

The room is quite spacious with a large TV, which is great! They offer airport shuttle service every hour in the morning, and it departs punctually – very convenient! The price is affordable; getting breakfast for under 300 yuan is excellent value.

They offer 24-hour pickup and scheduled drop-off services for Pudong Airport, as well as transfers to and from Disneyland. It's super convenient due to its proximity to both the airport and Disneyland. The service is excellent.

This was my second stay here. The Pudong Airport pick-up and drop-off service was excellent, and the driver and staff were all very attentive. I even left a charging cable behind, and they kindly called to check, which was really thoughtful.

Ambiance: Fantastic, the decor is lovely. Hygiene: Great, very clean and tidy. The toothbrush was excellent, very soft bristles. Service: The staff were really welcoming and made my stay very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, making it super convenient to get to Disneyland and Pudong Airport. They even offer a free shuttle service to Disneyland, which is a really thoughtful touch and made our trip so much easier. The breakfast spread was also very diverse, and having coffee available was a nice bonus. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend! 👍👍

The hotel lobby is very spacious and bright, and the front desk service is excellent. The airport and Disneyland shuttle services are very convenient. The breakfast offers a good variety of Chinese and Western options, though I did find a piece of plastic string in my food, which affected my experience. I stayed for several days and specifically put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, yet housekeeping still entered to clean. I'm not sure why, especially since it still wasn't perfectly clean after they had been in.

I chose the Vienna International Hotel nearby when I went to pick up my child from Pudong Airport. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was very convenient. I just called the driver, told him the exact pick-up and drop-off times and locations, and he even helped me with my luggage onto the bus. Upon entering the hotel, I felt right at home. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. There were also two kinds of hot tea and a coffee machine available nearby. I needed to print some documents, and it was great that the lobby had a computer and printer for guests to use. Both the hallways and the room were clean and tidy, with a very European decor. On the first floor, there's a washing machine and dryer, which was fantastic for getting laundry done quickly. I also tried a few Shanghainese dishes at a restaurant in the alley next to the hotel, and they were quite delicious. The hotel breakfast was very rich and plentiful. Overall, choosing this hotel was an excellent decision and a great experience.

The hotel staff were great. The facilities aren't the newest, but everything was clean, the shower pressure was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The 24-hour pick-up service from Pudong Airport, as well as the scheduled drop-offs and Disney shuttle, were very convenient. The best part was that breakfast started at 5:30 AM, which is incredibly helpful for early morning flights – and apparently, this is the only hotel near Pudong Airport that offers this! There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and a beautiful riverside park.

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and even upgraded me to a deluxe room, giving me breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Environment: It's very close to the airport and super convenient for getting to Disneyland. Facilities: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. Hygiene: The room was clean and the bathroom had no strange odors. Highly recommend to everyone!
