Very nice hotel but a little bit far from the train station named Haitiansan Road Exit 1 about 600 meters.

the chef is friendly. with delicious breakfast. the room indicator does not work

Contacting the hotel was remarkably easy which made airport pickup seamless. The airport shuttle driver got us to our destination safely ans stayed while guests checked in. The room was cozy with adequate space for large suitcases. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the subway entrance which makes for a quick trip into the city. Totally recommend!

Great location, especially if you have an early flight…free shuttle to PVG… only minor issue is walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbor if they loud… but not so much you can’t have a good rest …

My experience of night was awesome because i have to catch my next flight next day so it was very convenient for me and special the shuttle service was awesome it was on time pickup and drop off . I would like to prefer to anyone

Free bus shuttle to Pudong airport.... Clean room and good breakfast

Very convenient while traveling from Pudong airport. You can take metro from Hongqiao railway station and get to the hotel, it takes almost 2 hours, but you do not have to change lines.

The hotel is located near to the airport and provides shuttle services every 30 minutes. It is relatively new, and everything is nice and clean.

There are many delicious places around, such as durian, fruit, mangosteen, and a snack center in a farmer's market very good！

Close to airport. Clean hotel with moderate room size. Breakfast is excellent. Remember after 1:30 am no free shuttle service to hotel.

Good location (near metro station, one station from the airport) - ideal for overnight stays waiting for the flight

The shuttle bus is very good just 10 minutes to airport. And the breakfast is also good wider options. Receptionists are warm.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai for the one night before our early flight. The rooms were basic and the breakfast was not good as they did not offer much and the coffee was awful. It did however offer the best location for our early morning flight and allowed us a rest before our checkin. Would recommend for those early flights where you need some sleep before the day ahead.
