From the first day of the hotel opening, we treated each review as treasure which helps us keeping learn and grow. I am happy to know that you are delighted with the room upgrade and love the pool pretty much, in fact we do have certain room type with a huge bathtub, (not as big as the jacuzzi on 3F, :J) suites, service apartment, etc. Talking about the location, yes, we hope the lake could move itself a bit closer to us, if not, we will have to focus on others which would also help to elevate the experience, eg. a better facilites and exclusive services.
