Quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. It's also conveniently located very close to the subway station. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping team and the breakfast restaurant staff. An excellent choice for travelers!

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was also plentiful and delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Shanghai in the future. This was a very satisfying hotel experience, and I highly recommend it.

Being a chain, it offers peace of mind. It's very clean and the location is super convenient. They even provide chargers! There's a laundry room available for guests, and you can bring your own sanitizing products if you wish. All in all, it's very convenient!

Excellent location, very close to the subway, making transport incredibly convenient. The rooms were spotless, the front desk staff provided excellent service, and the facilities were quite modern. We had a very comfortable stay.

I stayed here on 15, 16, and 19 October. Unfortunately, the female night shift staff on those dates (16 Oct night shift, 19 Oct night shift) was not friendly. She often showed an unhappy face and never greeted guests. However, I would like to compliment Ms. Xiang (向小姐), whom I met both last year and this year. She is always very polite, friendly, and provides excellent service always smiling and greeting customers warmly.

Very nice hotel, clean and nice staff. Train station is around 200 meters. If you prefer for a peaceful anf quiet stay, this is for you. There are just a few shops and restaurants nearby.

Overall, the hotel is quite new, and we stayed for four nights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the subway station. While there's an elevated road just outside, the room was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed.

The room was very comfortable and perfect for business travel. It was clean and well-maintained, and I'd definitely recommend it. The customer service was excellent; they even helped me with my multiple bags and were incredibly polite and helpful. Great experience overall!

The room was very clean. Although it's located right by an elevated road, the soundproofing was excellent once the windows were closed. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious too. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel; they even offered luggage storage after check-out.
