Banyueli Hotel Shanghai (Shanghai Lujiazui Oriental Pearl Mall Road Subway Station)

the only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room was dirty, with trash from previous guests. The weather in Shanghai now is crazy cold so I asked for extra pillows and blanket and theu say they did not have. The entrance was super hard to find, had to call the reception and even the lady could barely explained. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, choose the other hotels nearby wich are great. Terrible experience, not coming back again 这个酒店唯一好的地方就是位置。房间很脏，还有之前客人的垃圾。现在上海天气特别冷，我要了额外的枕头和被子，他们说没有。入口特别难找，我打电话给前台，连前台的小姐姐都解释不清楚。千万别在这里花钱，附近的其他酒店都不错。非常糟糕的体验，再也不会来了！

I stay there for 5D 5N . Good location around the hotel has so many restaurants , acceptable price and very yummy and behind that has so many mall that you can shopping and enjoy a yummy food there too. Next to metro station only 5mins to reach a hotel . Very very best stuff there very friendly . Specially sister Xiao Chen she do a night shift she’s help us a lot also help us looking for a taxi in early morning even it really hard but she still try her best . Also an old man he also help us lots and very friendly . Sometimes his sound a bit loud and it seem like he yelling or arguing but trust me he not he so kind. Also 2 more sister I not know their name but both of them also help me a lots too ( short hairs sister and chubby sister one too ) I will be back to stay there next time. Because location very convenient satisfied all our we need… you can see in a photo . If you take a metro exit gate 3 ( Shangcheng Road Line 9) just turn right you will see a logo of hotel on the wall and under bridge you will see orange door with Chinese name there . I recommend this hotel for everyone who planning to visit Shanghai .🩷

Very near to Metro, clean, good receltionist, but the toilet is so small…

The hotel is perfectly situated, walking distance to the shops (several malls), metro station (on the corner), and several convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops on your door. The 2 bed unit was perfect for our family as it allowed us to hang out in the common area when the kids were in bed. We also took a double unit (two beds) for the older kids to sleep. The in-suite laundry, and kitchenette were helpful too. The staff were always on hand to answer questions and were very friendly. In terms of facilities the apartment comes with nothing but the soap attached to the wall. You’ll need your own cutlery, cleaning products and utensils (mop, brush etc). Reception have nothing to give in this regard. House keeping leave a lot to be desired, they try, but the apartment wasn’t clean. That said, the linen and beds were spotless. We arrived at night and were unpleasantly surprised with the cleanliness in the light of day but as we were there for 9 nights we did it ourselves. It’s a small unit so it was easily done; the toilet was clean but the surfaces, wardrobe shelves, corners, window benches etc needed a wipe down. There was a smell of smoke coming through the vents in the bathroom and the second unit which wasn’t great. All in all a good place, fantastic location, affordable and spacious for downtown city living. I’d book again

My experience is very pleasant…stuff members are very cooperative mainly XiXi helped us a lot…I am goona visit this hotel again.😁
