Ulasan Banyueli Hotel Shanghai (Shanghai Lujiazui Oriental Pearl Mall Road Subway Station)

Location is good and near all are popular places also good and supported staff. I’m happy for services.

Nice hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep , also close to the subway station , less than 200 metres , just a few things to consider before booking this hotel , restaurants in the area shops , plaza , subway , everything close a few minutes before 10 pm and one of the days at the hotel lobby there was a old Chinese men that was very rude towards woman that needed something , I saw a girl asking for a bottle of water and that guy was very rude towards her and the first day my wife requested a extra towel and he was also very unprofessional and rude , we complain to the hotel staff and they told us they had no idea who he was and what was he doing at the hotel but we keep seeing him walking around like he is some kind of supervisor or something but I want also to mention the girls at the lobby are very polite and professional . Another thing must people get confuse about is hotel entry and try to enter thru a lift that is closed or a building lobby on the same building but that faces the other way , I attach a photo of the real entry

Lovely room design! I love when the space is used as well as possible, and the location is amazing! Next to subways and surrounded by malls, markets, bars and restaurants. The views are okay from the room, and the receptionists are nice and easy to talk to, either via Google translate, and directly in English. There were some small inconveniences, like there is a hood for the stove in the kitchen, but there is no stove... And the fridge might be a bit too big for the room, but I would gladly rent a mini "apartment" like this if it were in my city. I also asked for a wake up call, but the receptionist missed the time, but she apologised for it (I believe) which was nice. I would gladly return!

It's in a commercial area, close to restaurants, shopping centers and services. There are subway exits nearby. The room is not big, but has a washing machine with a dryer. It also has a refrigerator. Both are helpful for travelers. The problem I found is the wall is thin and talks from nextdoor neighbors can affect sleeping.

We appreciate the hotel for allowing us to change and shorten our stay. They are very kind. For the price, the place will appeal to travellers prioritising location. We feel that the place may not be suitable for the needs of family travellers with young children. The room has many wardrobes space but lacked the walking space and the toilet and bathroom space is very tight. The room windows can see the back of another building with many rubbish dumps.

The perfect location for traveler Who visit Shanghai first time, a lot of Cafe and shops around! Not always good cleansing but always u can ask to clean ur room better.

The name of hotel that written on website and the location is not the same. It took us almost 20 mind to find the hotel. The hotel name is “build your live” The location is quite convenient, near metro, many restaurants, mall and convenient store. The room is full of amenities. Refrigerator, washing machine, oven, etc.

第一印象就是乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，前台也特別熱情，服務特別好，特別細心的問，幾點去迪士尼，然後幫我們看一下路線我們方便過去，看到旁邊還有商場購物非常方便，但是到時比較晚就沒上去，下次還會過來

酒店環境好，衞生乾淨，非常好的體驗，在這裏入住了好幾天了，周邊交通也比較便利，樓下就是地鐵9號線，前台客房服務也很熱情，也幫忙延遲了換房，非常不錯的一家酒店，適合出差旅遊，下次陪還會過來入住的，贊

位置優越交通便利，9號線地鐵地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。。 這家酒店的服務令人滿意，設施齊全，無論是商務還是休閑都很理想。環境優美，服務員的服務也非常好

酒店位於陸家嘴商業圈，地段挺繁華，交通很便利，地鐵公交出酒店門口2分鐘即到，酒店門鎖是密碼鎖，無須房卡，入住的房間床墊很軟，房間單獨配置洗衣烘乾一體機，前台服務很滿意，特別禮貌，還幫做了免費升級，設施配置還蠻高端的，是配置投影儀的，樓下週邊吃飯的地方很多，第一次來上海旅遊，性價比超高的，值得下次再來入住！

酒店臨近地鐵口9號線和2號線非常方便，房間乾淨整潔，小清新裝修風格，距離陸家嘴1.5公里，前台服務特別很熱情，主動打招呼，有歡迎茶檸檬水，退房時幫忙延遲兩點退房，還送了小朋友的小禮品，天熱還贈送幾瓶礦泉水，很人性化，非常不錯的入住體驗，下次還會來。

亂七八糟的酒店環境非常差，本來就是公寓改造的，隔音效果特別差，房間全是油的異味，房間又小不通氣假窗户，另外，我早上預訂的價格337元，同樣房形到晚上大幅度降價173元，有這種開店做生意的，純屬訛人！
