Best one of the best thing that I had go. Convenient and near many places. Always good to go and come.

Service: 10/10 The staff were extremely easy to contact and very helpful throughout our stay. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early. Our first room had a noticeable cigarette smell, so we asked if it would be possible to change rooms. The lady on the morning shift was incredibly accommodating—she showed us several available rooms and let us choose the one we preferred. We really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service. The airport shuttle bus was easy to find and ran right on schedule, which made our arrival and departure very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but overall the room was pleasant and comfortable. The only downside was that some rooms may still have a cigarette smell. If you are sensitive or allergic to smoke, as I am, I would recommend requesting a non-smoking room or asking to change rooms if needed. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.

I chose this hotel while looking for a place near Pudong Airport, mainly because it had spacious rooms, convenient laundry facilities, and an airport shuttle. The shuttle schedule wasn’t very flexible, but it was still reasonably useful. The laundry facilities, however, were excellent. They had an LG washing machine and dryer, which was a big plus. At the hotel I stayed at before coming to Shanghai, the dryer wasn’t very effective and I had to run it two or three times. Here, everything dried perfectly in just one cycle. The room was also quite spacious. We were able to spread out all of our luggage and still had plenty of room to move around. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a Walmart within walking distance, so we went there to buy some yogurt. There’s also a popular Shanghai-style 生煎包 (shengjianbao) restaurant right next to the hotel, and we ended up eating there twice. Right next door, there was another restaurant where we had beef noodles and lamb skewers, and both were delicious. Getting into downtown Shanghai does take some time, but it wasn’t difficult at all. We actually hadn’t planned to go into the city, but we suddenly needed to buy something, so we made a quick trip there. There’s a bus stop a short walk from the hotel, and from there you can get into the city using a combination of the bus and subway. We chose this hotel because we were only staying in Shanghai briefly before heading to Germany, so the location worked perfectly for us. However, if you’re planning to spend several days sightseeing and exploring downtown Shanghai, I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel for your entire trip.

Clean rooms, plenty of food and supermarket options in the vicinity. Staff that helped with checking in (Jul 4 PM) and out (Jul 6 PM) were both very helpful and patient. Thank you.

Convenient location with free shuttle service from and to the airport. Room is comfortable and clean. Good for connecting flights at Pudong Airport.

Provided complimentary shuttle service which had to be reserved in advance. Location is near plentiful food choices, including McD and Chagee, which was a bonus. Room was terrific.

I liked this hotel. I stayed with my husband. Room was clean. So comfortable.

The hotel is in the same location as Homeinn Plus and shares the same lobby, but with a different front desk. The lobby has a scale to weigh luggage. I arrived a bit late at night. The room was spacious and quiet; however, the triple room that we booked only had two towels, and the soap was only enough for two people for a one-time shower. I expect that they should refill the soap and prepare enough towels for the number of guests before they check in. The laundry room was small, and you need an additional card that you have to obtain from the lobby (which is a hassle for me). English skills are limited, so preparing a translation app in advance is recommended, or you should learn basic Chinese. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. It takes 25 minutes to the airport. They have their own schedule, so you need to wait/adjust accordingly. The bus leaves on time.
