Thank you Vivien for hosting us.. location is perfect, 1 km to Nanjing, easy to reach by walking. There’s also nearby mall with supermarket & pretty park. Amenities are complete. Would recommend to family travel.

Had an amazing stay! The place was really clean unexpectedly since it isn’t a hotel but the floor and surfaces including bedsheets felt really clean so we had a very enjoyable stay! We were met with typhoon on the first day and it felt slightly far from the station. But it’s actually a very walkable distance around 10mins! The room view is definitely worth the walk! We could see the river and oriental pearl. We were able to order food deliveries with ease and receive at the door. Very convenient! The washing machine was very clean and easy to use, convenient too! Amenities were provided whenever requested too and replies were very instant. Located at a very accessible area as well. Station is near tourist attractions and we were able to travel to stations of interests easily. We walked from the bund back on our last night. There is a mart downstairs where you can find groceries, snacks and drinks. Conclusion, amazing stay that the whole family agrees on and would definitely consider staying again if we have chance in the future!

Room is fairly clean and quite budget to accommodate 5 adults. Building is abit old but still okay. Location is not really near metro but you still can walk for 15-20 mins to reach. Located beside the suzhou river which is quite beautiful and you can walk to a few malls nearby too which is about 15-20 mins. Quite acceptable.

The view was stunning, the location absolutely excellent. There could be a little renovation in the shower and in some parts of the apartment that suffered a bit of time. But honestly, overall our stay was great : I could see the Oriental Pearl from my window ! Also, it is very quiet and next to a lovely park across the river.

A good and convenient place sitting at the heart of such a nice neighborhood. Not a long walk to several metro stations. Easy to call Didi. Plenty of amenities including a washing machine.

Service was great. We got upgraded to a bigger room and were allowed to check in a lot earlier. Location is pretty convenient once we figured the closest metro station. But could do a little better in terms of cleanliness. Overall, still a pleasant stay!

The location was nice. The view is excellent. 10 minutes walk to metro and about 20-30 minutes people square and the bund and nanjing road. Really good for shopping. Host was responsive to trouble. The bathroom sink was broken and taped up but otherwise no problem. Had a slight problem with the WiFi but the host figure it out.

Spacious studio type apartment. Can stay up to 4 people. reasonably priced. Clean enough but as it is not an apartment they didn’t provide daily cleaning unless you ask. Provide free use of washing machine with dryer. Very useful for our trip. Location is not very near to Metro station. It is around 15mins walk to both nearest metro station

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Vivien was extremely prompt in responding to all our requests, which made our experience seamless. The room includes a washing machine with a drying function, which was a lifesaver as we could wash our clothes anytime. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Nanjing East Road, a bustling shopping district. The only minor downside was that the mattress was a bit firm for our preference. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay overall, and we would definitely return if we visit Shanghai again.

Nice room

Very clean, soft and comfortable bed. Hot water is ready when you need it. Microwave, washing machine and hair dryer are available inside the room. The view is amazing looking over the river and bridges

This place is strategically located between the bund and Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. There is a metro within walking distance too.

We had a great experience stay with this hotel with my friends, the room was spacious with amazing view and very comfortable with fully amenities. Staff member is very helpful. The location close with 2 metro station Qufu and Xinzha and also nearby Nanjing Road and The Bund. Highly recommend here if you have a plan to Shanghai.
