Ulasan Shangyun Platinum Hotel (Lujiabang Road Subway Station, No.9 People's Hospital)

Location is not bad, but the counter desk service is slow and v unprofessional. Even the escalator was not working. No paper on the table. Room was clean. No lobby and have small desk without AC

The location is very nice, close to subways and buses. Something pretty annoying is that it's on a 2 floor and there's no lift or escalators so if you come with luggage you'll have to lift it the whole way. The room I got was very nice but the lack of natural light takes some points off the review. Besides that the conditions of the room were flawless.

Good location and very clean. The walls are a little thin but apart from that I had a great stay.

Hotel is OK but not worth the excellent rating it has on the website. The service is good (towels are changed every day) and so is the bedding (comfortable and spacious bed). However, the room did have a number of disturbing negative points: the noise. The room was very poorly insulated from neighbouring rooms (you could hear the neighbours' television or their chatting) as well as from the street. If you have a room with a window, it will inevitably overlook a busy street as the hotel is at a crossroads between two major streets, so the noise from cars is quite noticeable.  Otherwise, as far as cleanliness is concerned, the room was OK, but there was still a strong smell of urine in the toilets and shower, which was quite disturbing.

Location is great. All the tourist hotspot is nearby and within couple of subway stops. Bus is also an option. Building a bit dilapidated, no travellator. But room is okay

I could say a lot of great things about this hotel: its location (just a 5 min walk from the metro station with a mall and lots of restaurants inside), the BED was so comfy, the cleaning service (thank you auntie for always fixing our beds) and they replace towels daily, the staff (always so helpful despite our language barrier), and how hi-tech their bathroom is! What a joy to take a shower in haha. Just be reminded that they have no elevator or escalator, so you have to carry your luggages all the way to the 2F. Except for the smell of cigarettes down the hallway and some crevices of the room being a bit dusty, everything else is GREAT! Worth the price!

It’s all you need for one or two nights in the city. The receptionist was very unfriendly but the room was clean and convenient.

Great and clean hotel, great staff, great amenities, great location near subway and indoor shipping mall, and great prices rooms. My second time there. Only complain, no elevator, broken escalator, only 30 steps.

Value for money. Fantastic location, 5 mins walk from Metro station.

If it is little bit lower price and more new equipments will be perfect

酒店位於陸家浜路邊 離地鐵站幾百米 公交也不少 交通方便。酒店是個老建築 標始不太顯眼 有電梯是壞的不能用 房間裝修比較新 棕色為主色調 衞生挺好 衞生間乾濕分離 都不大於一平米 實在是小了點兒 快轉不開身了 沒有淋浴拖鞋和防滑墊 地是防滑設計 可是涼啊 一次性拖鞋質量差些 比較薄 馬桶帶加熱 沖洗功能 房間小度智能控制。服務很不錯。考慮到魔都消費水準 性價比還是挺好的 好評！

1.房間不大不小，整體佈局不錯 2.投影儀跟網絡速度挺快的 3.衞生乾淨整潔 4.整體的使用體驗也是可以的 5.服務也到位 很不錯的 酒店位置也好找 問題就是房間的隔音效果太差了，很差很差，隔壁房間大姨大叔聊天 在笑，這邊房間都聽得很明顯，尤其一大早的，那些大媽大叔 一大早就在走廊裏叫叫叫，真的幫你強制開機了……加上走廊的一個設計問題 拖着行李箱路過 那聲音就像是悶雷一樣… 房間整體很不錯的 在上海200左右的價位。
