I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Near to Metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. This hotel is really good, and it's close to the subway station. I chose it because I was attending Cyndi Wang's concert. The room was quite spacious, though the toilet and shower area were a bit small. Other than that, everything was great. There were also many international guests. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai!

The hotel's location is great, convenient for Hongqiao Airport, just 35 minutes and 11 stops on Metro Line 10. You exit Gate 7, cross the road, and it's right there. This time, our room was quite spacious, but it would have been even better with an extra sofa. The hotel breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but it's okay. There's no late-night supper option, which is an area they could improve.

Upon arrival, I received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe king room. The room was spacious, and all the in-room features were voice-controlled and smart, making for a fantastic stay. The breakfast was just average though; I'd suggest adding more variety to the menu. After checking out, I was able to store my luggage. I accidentally left my charging cable in the room, and the front desk staff kindly kept it for me, which was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, directly opposite Laoximen subway station, just a few meters away. It offers the best stay experience for its superb location. This is one of the few hotels in China where even the inside rim of the toilet bowl is as clean as what you'd find in a five-star international hotel. Kudos to the front desk and housekeeping team! The breakfast was decent, but the wontons were particularly delicious.

The location is convenient. Across the road downstairs is Laoximen. It's also a short walk to Yu Garden and the Bund, about half an hour to the Bund. The hotel front desk is on the sixth floor. The common areas are nice, and breakfast is delicious. The room facilities and cleanliness are excellent, the shower water is very hot, and the air conditioning is very warm. Upon check-in, the front desk gave me an aromatherapy essential oil, and upon check-out, they even gave me hand cream and water. Yi Mo at the front desk had great service. There's a laundry room on the fifth floor with a very useful dryer. You can see the Shanghai Tower in the distance. Housekeeping is very timely, and shopping and dining nearby are also convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and exceeded expectations. We could contact the staff directly via WeChat for any requests and we even got a free upgrade and a room change upon request. Overall exceptional service! I would like to especially thank 以沫 and 言初 for their help.

Very nice stay at accomodation, clean strategic location. Very kind staff, they even gave a complimentary fragrance for the room and breakfast for free! Jing mo and qian yue were very good, they helped us and cared about our stay. They also helped with regulating the air into the room. And we got extra gifts all days, spare slippers, more and more water, and lots of soaps to use. Room very new and most comfortable bed and pillows in our journey. Great!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very close to major tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, so we were able to rest well. The staff were also very kind and helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Kongqing Yanchu for the great assistance and support.

The hotel was great the location was great. The toilet door and the main door is so noisy. The wall are quite thin. Theres no full length mirror. Theres no proper lighting for makeup area. The toilet has no bidet. But the staff are all very nice and professional. If the hotel can upgrade better would be awesome. Some amenities are actually very thoughtful. Like steam eye mask, sanitation box, the hair dryer is good. We were serve by concierge空青and 言初 during our check out, my room cleaner is 王南南, she is so sweet and friendly, I’ll definitely miss her.

Qian Yue is very kind and assist us during our stay. Room is very spacious and the cleaning lady Wang Man Man is very attentive, provides us enough water and make up our bed. Location is superb. Will come back again

Honest review. We love this hotel so much. From the beginning we arrived, we are very welcomed by friendly staff, Miss NAN XING and she is also very helpful. Our satisfaction didn't stop here, the housekeeping, Miss WANG NAN NAN and 2 others (we forgot their names) also very helpfull when we ask something. Really recommend to stay in DEMORES HOTEL. Also, just cross the street, there is LAOXIMEN entrance MRT station. We can easily go to Shanghai Huangqiao.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is next to the 老西门 metro station, making it convenient for traveling to 豫园, 外滩, and the surrounding areas. There’s a great restaurant, 大富贵, nearby. We had dinner there and also went twice for breakfast—delicious food and great value for money. The housekeeping staff, especially Auntie 王南南, was very helpful and warm. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided. Upon check-out, 以沫 assisted me with booking a car to 虹桥火车站.
