The room was very spacious, but the window was tiny, almost nonexistent. The soundproofing was decent, as I couldn't hear any noise from the next room. All the facilities were complete; it's just that the room was so big it felt a bit empty, lol.

Furthermore, the hotel's soundproofing was surprisingly good; it was completely quiet at night, allowing for a very peaceful and restful sleep. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area!

The location is convenient, with a mall and restaurants nearby, and it's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station. The building is a bit old, and the room is small, but it's fine for a short stay. The hygiene and facilities were better than expected, and the front desk staff (the young lady) provided excellent service. Breakfast was decent (it would be perfect if the coffee machine was better). It would be great if the lobby on the first floor was also a non-smoking area.

The hotel is very close to the metro station so it's easy to access the metro to go around in shanghai. They also have a early check in and late check out options. Definitely a best find for this price in shnaghai.

Overall, I was happy with this budget hotel in Shanghai. Everything was good. The location was not bad—a 10-minute walk from the Metro. The staff were very nice and friendly, but they looked to be working too much. Give them a day off or two! Breakfast was fine; however, I did see a couple of ants hanging out around the sweets.
