Ulasan Weiting Hotel(Shanghai Bund Yuyuan Subway Station)

The WORST Hotel I EVER STAY in CHINA or any other countries. As a frequent traveller myself, i think this kind of services your hotel is providing is really unacceptable. 1. When i reach the hotel with 4 luggage...I went in to ask for help. The guy look at me with a stun look and then came out and help me with 1 bag and went back in leaving me carrying the rest feeling so helpless 2. I was given the most corner unit with a weird layout. The price i book is the more expensive than what my friends have booked. However. The room is so small and when i asked for a change of room. They bring me to a new room which is much much smaller and tell me i need to pay extra if i want to change to the smaller room because the BED IS BIGGER 🥹 3. The room window is old that you cant close it fully. Its so cold in shanghai i have 5nights staying in the cold. This is ok. But....the noise outside because i am facing the road gave me number of sleepless night. I need to make myself drunk to fall asleep. 4. I also realise they put their water that they give us to drink daily at the stairsway which is expose to the sunlight daily. All in all. If you want to have a spoil trip in Shanghai. You are welcome to book this Hotel. Ps. For your info. This is the 1st time i complain about any hotel that i stayed. Average or Good hotel i always give full stars. Room was noisy and had a really strong smell of the cigarette smoke. Location is pretty good. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and kind.

Great location

Room was exactly what I needed. Queen sized bed, nice bathroom with shower, air conditioning, clean. Location was great, easy to walk to the Bund and to the metro station to travel around the city. Front desk was helpful. Overall, really great value hotel room for solo traveler or couples. The only minor problem I had was that the WiFi was a bit slow.

Good location, 2mins to Bund. Very convenient and easy to find. Stuff speaks English and is ready to help anytime.

While a great location, I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The room was not clean and the bathroom was mouldy with lots of calcium buildup in the corners and around the toilet. Wear the slippers as floor is not washed or Sept well - when I retrieved my slipper from under the bed, it was covered I. Dust.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is great and only 4 minutes to the MTR station

Check in was a bit longer than expected, but everything was great, the hotel room is well decorated, very confortable and with a perfect location

The hotel facilities were perfect. Perfect aminities including automatic water closet and latest bathing accessorries. Rooms were new in looks with good flooring, walls and latest electrical switches. Perfect location with walkable distance to bund and Nanjing road. Overall perfect option and value for money.

The rooms are clean. The service was stellar. The location is very good too.

The location is nice. Just when the night time very noisy too many car at the road.
