Ulasan The Kunlun Jing An

Comfortable rooms, decent flat TV, amazing views, good location, very good gym, sauna, good service. A good gym is crucial for me and this one is a 7 out of 10, great for a hotel. The area is great with the French concession near by and Jong an temple too The staff is very nice. The he breakfast is decent and you can easily order food with sherpas and get it delivered to lock boxes at the entrance. Good value

Located next to MRT Station which you can easily go to attraction area in Shanghai. The room is spacious and comfort, the breakfast is great.

Checkin was smooth and breakfast was delicious but I had a very bad experience in the sauna room when I asked for towel and I saw the storage room were the towels was kept I was shocked, how come there is no hygienic place to store the towels, we are using on our bare body and towels were stored on the floor in such way which was not acceptable.

The Kunlun Jing An Hotel features a large, clean swimming pool suitable for both beginners and experienced swimmers. The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxation and exercise. Breakfast is served in the lovely Atrium, surrounded by a small pond and natural light, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Overall, this resort offers an excellent combination of relaxation and amenities, making it a fantastic choice for all guests. Highly recommended!

Whenever I visit Shanghai, I book this hotel. It’s perfect. There was even a concert / festival going on across the street this stay.

Not good enough….The hotel is in a good location and has a decent breakfast , the area where the breakfast is served is quite charming. The hotel is big, but very dated looks like it was a big hotel in the 80s or 90s and hasn’t updated the style since. The rooms are not very big and the decor is tired. The hotel staff is not very friendly, quite the opposite, especially front desk. The cooking staff from breakfast is lovely though,l. The swimming pool is not great, the water is very cold. Too pricey for what it offers, even for Shanghai prices.

Always a good hotel. Just the breakfast are is a bit too small for such a big hotel and can super crowded to peak time.

Nice hotel close to Jingan subway station, just a few minutes of walk away. Nice spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and small pool. Clean and well maintained. Check in was slow.

I’ve been to this hotel a dozen times. For its price, I think it’s one of the best options in Jing’an. The quality of the rooms it’s a bit unpredictable but never too bad. The gym is good enough. The free spa area is actually better than the average, with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is honestly terrible and not worth the price, but you have a lot of better bakeries and restaurants around that area. Location is the best for most of business travelers and also if you’re a tourist. Check-in sometimes takes longer than it should but nothing too bad. The staff speaks a consistently fluent English

The property has always been very close to my heart for years and I know some of the long serving staff.   Chief concierge - Jamie and GR manager - Diana are both unbelievably helpful and professional .   They are the reasons me and certainly many travellers keep returning !
