The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The view is amazing — you can see the three iconic Lujiazui buildings right from the window. The room was spacious and clean, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is a wonderful, family-friendly hotel and we highly recommend it.

All the facilities were brand new, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The room was quite clean and spacious, with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was exceptionally nice and helped me arrange a twin room. Housekeeping cleaned daily, and the hotel even offered breakfast. You could also watch TV channels in the room. Overall, it was great value for money.

Went to Shanghai Happy Valley with friends for Halloween and just picked a hotel randomly. The location was great, very close to the subway station and super convenient. There are lots of good places to eat downstairs too. Excellent value for money! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shanghai. Highly recommend!

Facilities: No Wi-Fi available, and the shared network on my floor was actually broken, so no internet at all. Hygiene: The toilet had a smell, but everything else was fine. Environment: This is an older hotel in the city center, but the price is definitely much more affordable than other hotels in the area. Service: Decent.

It was pretty good overall. The location is quite convenient, with plenty of restaurants right downstairs. I only needed to stay for one night for some business in the area, so I booked this place. It was decent, and the restaurant right outside the door had pretty good food. Just a heads-up, avoid the 'Quanshi' convenience store downstairs.

I had originally booked a guesthouse, but it was really dirty. So I went downstairs and found this hotel, which had a great price. The service was excellent, the stay was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The room hygiene was decent, no strange smells, clean and tidy. However, the hallway, elevator, and the restaurant floor all reeked of cigarette smoke. The app indicated there was a dryer, but I didn't actually see one. The laundry room had two washing machines, but only one was working. The other one was incredibly dirty (I forgot to take a picture) and had yellow water inside the drum, looking broken and unrepaired. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the room, so washing them was pointless. The self-service breakfast had very limited options, though the congee was alright. Overall, the experience was mediocre.

The living experience at this hotel is satisfactory. However, the lift is very slow. We were on the 21st floor, and there were only two elevators shared between the hotel and the residential apartments. The room was spacious and well-maintained, but the staff was not very cooperative. Overall, several aspects need improvement.
