Ulasan HanTing Hotel (Shanghai Jing'an Temple Wuding Road Subway Station)

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the metro station, and Jing’an Temple is within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The location was convenient for getting around, and the auntie who helped us was also very kind and helpful.

Cozy hotel, front desk is always ready to assist. The family room is good size. Breakfast has good choices and it’s cheap price. Laundry room is available (washer & dryer) complementary.

Stayed for 2 nights with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. We checked in around 2am and the midnight receptionist was very warm and welcoming, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel also has a delivery robot that sends food right to the room — a fun and convenient touch! The only downsides were the breakfast and coffee. The breakfast spread was just decent with nothing particularly special, and the coffee was quite disappointing as it was too mild for our liking. Still, a comfortable stay with great service at check-in.

The front desk staff were nice, but having only one elevator was quite inconvenient.

Highly satisfied with our stay! My friends and I had a really comfortable and pleasant two-day trip. The front desk lady was incredibly kind. A housekeeper also came to clean during our stay, and she was so nice and had an excellent attitude.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The friendly gentleman at the front desk even gave me a complimentary upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise!

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had a really comfortable stay in Shanghai. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Hanting for a business trip. I had originally booked a standard room, but to my surprise, I ended up getting a family room. The lady at the front desk mentioned that you can pre-select rooms on the Huazhu app. So, if you've booked a twin room but are looking for something more spacious, you can try to secure Room 201. This room is practically two rooms merged into one; the area around each bed is almost as spacious as a standard king room. The room itself was very clean, though it was a little humid, which is expected in Shanghai during the plum rain season. I really liked the scent of the new shampoo and hand soap. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but I was very pleased that there was a station where a staff member could freshly prepare Yangchun noodles. Other items like fruit, soy pudding, steamed buns, and corn were also available.

I booked this hotel for my child. We arrived quite late, past 10 PM, after our flight. Since the hotel is partially smoke-free, I made sure to request a non-smoking room when I booked on Trip.com. However, the room we were given smelled of smoke. It was too late to change rooms as the hotel was fully booked, but the front desk staff were very accommodating. They promised to switch our room the next day, which they did. We got a non-smoking room, were upgraded, and even received complimentary breakfast.
