Ulasan Atour Hotel (Shanghai New International Expo Center Maglev Station)

This hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get to different places. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are polite. They even offer a late-night snack! Highly recommended!

To catch my flight, I specifically chose to stay near the Maglev, but unexpectedly, my flight was delayed, and I ended up changing to Hongqiao. What a miscalculation, haha! The front desk upgraded me to a larger room in the adjacent building, which was great. They even have robots delivering food. If you need to catch a flight from Pudong, this place is really suitable.

Superb service just like all other full service atour hotel. Rooms were spacious and bright and staffs were all friendly. Slight issue was that the washing machine was a bit smelly.

This hotel is super convenient! It's easy to get to both airports, Disneyland, and the city center. The breakfast spread was amazing, and my kids loved it. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Shanghai!

Service is very good, reception are nice and friendly. Housekeeper send me stuffs fast whenever I need them every time. The location is very convenient, there is maglev and subways next to this hotel. There is a big supermarket and plaza down the street. Robot can deliver food to your room straight when you order food there. I would like to live here again when I visit Shanghai next time :)

The environment here is great, and the service is super excellent. When I arrived late at night, they proactively offered help, which was a huge relief. It was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. I had a wonderful time in Shanghai!

The service was excellent, but the hotel room lighting was very poor. There was only one small light above the bed, making the entire room dim, as shown in the pictures. The hotel explained that this design was intended to create a better sleeping environment and that all rooms were like this. They also mentioned the hotel was built in 2018, suggesting a possible oversight during construction. However, no explanation can change the objective fact of the poor lighting, which also highlights the hotel's age and a 'it's all for the customer' mentality. The service attitude is absolutely top-notch, but the hardware conditions are genuinely lacking.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient.

Everything else was great, and the hotel's pillows were especially comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the soundproofing of the room doors is a bit lacking. If you want to sleep in, you can easily be woken up by other guests talking outside your door. It would be perfect if this could be improved.

Overall, everything was very good. The only minor issue was finding the hotel on the first visit. It would be very helpful if there were clearer entrance signs visible from the metro station. On my first arrival, I walked around the building several times before finding the entrance. My friend, who arrived separately, also got lost and had difficulty locating the hotel. The room was clean, although there was a small amount of dust. However, it was not a serious issue and did not affect the overall comfort of the stay. The location is excellent and is almost directly next to the metro entrance, even though it may not be immediately visible. From the nearest metro exit (I don’t recall the exit number), you need to make a U-turn and walk a short distance to reach the hotel. Alternatively, if you turn left after exiting the station, there is a small alley that leads directly to the hotel. The sign at the entrance of the alley is only in Chinese, with no English signage. The staff provided excellent service. They were very attentive, offered complimentary a glass of water, and were always willing to help with any requests. The room was well equipped with all necessary amenities. I booked a family room, which included a refrigerator, while my friend who stayed in a standard room did not have one. The room does have a window; however, it faces an internal courtyard rather than the outside, with a narrow open space in the middle of the building.

This was my first time staying at Atour, and everyone in our group unanimously praised the experience. You can even do your laundry and have it dried – just take your clothes to the laundry room, write down your room number, and they'll be delivered to your door bright and early the next morning without anyone knocking or disturbing you. We stayed for two nights and, not wanting to bother with housekeeping, didn't request a cleaning, but when we returned, the room was still spotless and tidy. They didn't even touch any of our belongings, which was a huge plus. When we arrived, our original room type wasn't available, so they upgraded us! I'll definitely choose Atour again next time. Loved it!

Easy to get from Maglev station (about 5-7 minutes on foot). The room itself is spacious, bed and pillows are great, but sadly our shower had rust all over the floor. It really spoiled the impression.

The hotel's location is great. I specifically chose a hotel near a subway station, and it's very close to Longyang Road Station, which is convenient for taking the Maglev to Pudong Airport. The front desk and rooms are in separate buildings. Although it's been open for a few years, the building I stayed in was in good condition, and the facilities were well-maintained. The service was also excellent. We were three people staying in a double queen room. In the evening, I asked the front desk staff to send up an extra pair of pillows and a slipper, and they also helped fix the TV's screen mirroring issue. A big thanks to the staff; their service was spot on. A.T. House's pillows are also super comfortable; we even ordered some for home! Friends who need a place to stay in Pudong can book with confidence.

Very close to the subway, just a turn from Exit 17 of Longyang Road Station. They offer a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM, which is very convenient for business travelers. The room was clean, and even the paper cups had a hygiene seal. The two handsome guys at the front desk and a sweet-smiling young lady were all very welcoming. Not only did they give me a free upgrade to an executive room upon check-in, but they also gave me an eye mask when I checked out.
