I've been a repeat guest here. It's truly the best choice for a private onsen experience in every aspect. The Japanese restaurant on the first floor serves authentic, delicious food at very reasonable prices. I also love feeding the rabbits they have there. As a Trip.com VIP, I always get a complimentary room upgrade, which is a fantastic perk. The front desk staff who checked me in were incredibly patient and friendly. As for the room size and amenities, they're simply the best you can expect at this price point. My girlfriend absolutely loved the large stuffed animal in the room. I highly recommend their special floating afternoon tea. Paired with the complimentary bath salts, you can enjoy sake while bathing!

The hotel's internal environment is well-maintained. The room had no peculiar smell, and the bathwater and temperature were excellent – much more comfortable than traditional hotel bathtubs.

Very nice hotel to stay in Shanghai. Feels very different than common hotels. Breakfast set was very impressive.

My wife and I came here for a day of relaxation before I flew back to Singapore. The room was fantastic and the views were stunning. It's hard to find a quiet place in Shanghai, but this is definitely a spot to come and enjoy. They also offer a variety of aromatherapy and sleep-improvement services. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent service! The view outside is beautiful, and they offer lunch and dinner. It's very family-friendly, especially for those with small children. The private hot spring was also clean and hygienic. We even saw a group of super cute little rabbits! We'll definitely be back next time.
