We have stayed in this hotel chain twice on our one week China business trip. What really stands out from this hotel chain is that they offer impeccable customer service.
Warm greetings from the moment we arrived at the hotel drop off, ease of check-in and professional shuttle service arrangement to Pudong airport. All the staff from the bellboy, the reception staff and the shuttle driver gave excellent services.
The entrance, lobby and corridor have a lux interior ambience. The room we stayed in, was spacious and clean. However, the fridge inside the cabinet seems to be faulty and the aircon cannot be set to cooling mode, there is only fan and heater mode. We hope the management could fix these in our next stay.
A sweet gesture, which made our day, the hotel prepared us a breakfast bag with bread, boiled egg, yoghurt and banana for our flight in the morning and they also gave us two lucky charms.
We will definitely be back in this hotel for our next trip to China. Thank you Yun He Le Bo.
