The room seemed clean enough, but after staying for two nights, I woke up on the second night covered in itchy red bumps all over my face and body. It was unbearable. The doctor diagnosed it as papular urticaria, confirming it was insect bites, and said it would take about ten days to clear up. New bumps are still appearing these past couple of days. I really don't recommend staying here. Both my husband and I experienced this, and mine was particularly severe – on my face, neck, arms, and legs.

The hotel room is quite spacious, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The service is excellent and very welcoming, offering great value for money! They even thoughtfully provided extra slippers and toothbrushes knowing we were a family with two kids. The room is split-level, with blackout curtains on the upper floor so adults can get ready early without disturbing the children. The air conditioning works perfectly!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to all our requests. They even extended our check-out time to 2 PM free of charge, which made for a really pleasant stay.

Conveniently located not far from Hailun Road Station on Line 10, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping areas. The room offers great value for money, especially during Chinese New Year. The hotel service is excellent, and both the bed and bathroom are good. It would be even better if some of the other fixtures were renovated.

The room was very clean. The duplex luxury king room was spacious, and the decor was quite unique. The front desk staff were friendly and gentle. It's perfectly suited for a family stay.

The room isn't small and the hygiene is decent. It's quite close to the metro station, which makes getting around really convenient. The nearby metro lines go directly to popular spots like The Bund, Nanjing Road, and Yu Garden. The front desk and cleaning staff were okay; they were still on duty when we checked out at 5 PM. The biggest drawback is the lack of lighting; it's a bit dim at night, which made applying makeup and eating takeout a bit inconvenient. However, for the price in Shanghai, I think it's still good value for money.

The room was generally good, spacious and not cramped at all. It was very clean, and the shower was comfortable. The service was also dedicated and attentive. Overall, I really can't find anything to complain about.
