Good location , comfortable room. Good service.

I took My son visited China last week, since our friend have a house nearby so we choose this hotel, initially we booked for 3 nights, planed moved to city center after some gathering with friends, but we renewed the rest of our stay in shanghai here, really enjoyed the service and facility, from front desk, door man to house keeping , restaurant employee, everyone isjust so nice and kind, you can tell they are just doing a great job from bottom of their hearts. ❤️

Air conditioning not working, disappointed. Technician only come and fix it 20 minutes after we call.

I like the place as is quiet. Can be access around the area by foot and easy to find. To find food and medical is just round the corner.

Amazing hotel, very clean and tidy. The room is cosy and feel great in it. all the staff is kind, polite and helpful. The breakfast is well served and the quality is good. It’s a place you don’t want to leave.

I spent a night here as work was holding an event. It was a very comfortable stay. The room was as ecpeted with all the amenities listed. It is a little further out from Shanghai downtown but easy to get to by Didi or Metro.

first time stayed. roomnisnpretty huge and clean. bedsheets r good but bed abit hard for me. Pillow r fluffy but too soft for my neck problem. ¥740/nite without Bfast is quite reasonable.

Very nice hotel for families. People are super friendly and helpful here. Miss Xia from the Concierge help us a lot when we checked out.

LOVED our stay at this hotel. Near Line 1, Two shopping malls (one connected the other across the street), multiple options in the hotel to eat at reasonable prices or outside food at both malls. The check in process was quickly done. Our room was amazing. The only regret was not staying another night but will definitely return.
