Ulasan Kyriad Marvelous Hotel ( Shanghai International tourist resort pudong airport)

I had a very nice stay the night before my flight. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided free shuttle bus from/to the airport. The area is also nice, with many services, restaurants and a beautiful park nearby. Only downside was that the food at breakfast was almost finished when I went down at 9am.

It is not far from Pudong airport. We got very good support from reception about airport pick up car. Once we arrived at the airport and called them. Around 30-40 min they sent bus to pick up us.

Had a layover arriving at 5am flying out the same night and I just needed a shower and sleep and was granted an early check-in to cater for my request Very happy with the service provided including a free shuttle back to the Airport Thank you so much

Clean & quiet. I do not speak Mandarin but the team at the reception were helpful and patient using translator to communicate. The shuttle bus is scheduled every hour to hour & a half. It is on time too.

The hotel is a great choice if you need to stay for only one night and nearby the Pudong International Airport. The staff is friendly and they provide free pick up. It's also a comfortable experience for foreigners, because check in and check out are quite simple and convenient. Highly recommended!

Very standard accommodation but next to airport with convenient shuttle bus, unfortunately not possible to pick up from airport without able to speak Chinese

The really good is a transfer bus.! The breakfast was so poor, only mainland food.

Hotel very clean and organized

Free airport pick up and drop off.. the front desk lady can’t speak English..but, she is very helpful.. and patiently give you WeChat ID via translator apps.. but, I have no luck.. so.. the best way is : you need to ask someone in the airport to get the hotel front desk lady WeChat ID.. once you get connected… hotel will send you the shuttle to pick you up.. the hotel is not too close from the airport.. but.. shuttle service is very good. Breakfast is simple and not too bad.. hotel is super clean.. good price.. happy..

Breakfast was quite good. Room a little bit dirty. In the morning I heard noises, so I get up early (( Too far from subway.

Service was excellent and staff was very friendly even with little English communication. They were willing to help as much as they can. Our flight arrived at 1am and the airport shuttle was not in service anymore by the time we got the luggage. We called the hotel and they arranged a special pick up for us at the airport at 2am. This was very helpful as we did not have to wait for a taxi to drive us there. We requested a non smoking room but ended up with a room that does smell like smoke. Since we arrived really late and only staying for a night, we did not make an issue out of it. The breakfast had a variety of food which was great!
