Nancy was great, and I have to praise the service here! From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was incredibly polite. When we needed something delivered to the room, it arrived within minutes – super efficient. The attention to detail was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

Finding this east-facing room in a cooling Shanghai was absolutely amazing! I stayed for three days this time, and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The ambiance, the food, and the room service were all fantastic! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich. I'll definitely be back next time!

Overall, it was a decent stay. The heating in the room was a bit too warm for winter, and I was told it's a central system for the entire building that can't be adjusted, which was a bit disappointing. Sleeping at night was fine though, not too hot and not too cold. The buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited. All in all, it was an okay experience, neither great nor terrible.

Location was excellent. Nice environment. Just beside roll of shops & restaurants. Especially thanks to hotel front office Mr. 小李 and Ms. Lily for helping us with the delivery couriers.

We had a pleasant stay at Pullman Shanghai Qingpu Excellence. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained (5/5), which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful (4/5), always ready to assist when needed. The amenities (4/5) were good and suitable for families — especially the pool and breakfast options. However, the location (3/5) felt a bit far from the main attractions and city center, so traveling to and from places took some extra time. Overall, it’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay with good service.

Excellent location, for my business. The 2nd floor chinese restaurant is very delicious, however a bit over-priced for this area. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The hotel rates high on every single factor: room, cleaniness, breakfast, etc. It is a pity the subway is not very well connected. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool (which I haven't tried). There is a lounge as well in which consume light dinners and beverages.

The executive room was big. Nice cosy king size bed. Also enjoyed the free meals and drinks during evening time at level 22.

When I checkin hotel on 12Jun, 2025, I must deposit CNY1,000.00 for any extra fee during time I stay in hotel. I did not use any extra service in hotel during time we stay in hotel. When I checkout on 15Jun,2025, the receptionist tell me that hotel will return to my credit account. But till now, 29Jul, I have not received return CNY1,000.00 yet.

Our findings confirm that the pre-authorization was successfully released on your check-out date, June 15 at 11:37. We have verified with both our Finance Department and the bank that the hotel’s ability to print out the cancellation voucher confirms the transaction was completed successfully.As you mentioned not receiving the deposit refund after one month, we recommend contacting your card-issuing bank to clarify the reason for the delay.
