Merry Christmas! We have really enjoyed stay at WA. It is very closed to the bund and breakfast was fantastic! All staffs are very kind and cooperative.

The service is nice,especially concierge Vincent Max and Bruce,will come next time

Great service, always helpful and very kind. The location is superb. The food is also very good. The only thing is that the bar closes very early, so if you have a meeting and want to drink with you partner you have to go elsewhere. For the rest, top!

Exceptionally good location and arguably the best view of pudong on the bund. The not over friendly and attentive staff are a credit to the wa brand. Housekeep possess outstanding attention to detail. Only minor issues where that while its mostly a great breakfast (variety and quality) the tea eggs are just over boiled with a splash of soy sauce so that was a surprise, the eggs benedict egg was poached for too short a time and the salmon was cut too thickly. They were flexible in that i asked for an eggs royale which is not on the menu and where able to accommodate so kudos to both the waiting and kitchen staff however the aforementioned issues could make some more discerning guests feel uncomfortable. All in all the family and i had a great stay and i can highly recommend.

Well maintained heritage building with nice Christmas decor and night light up, great service at front desk, restaurants and bars. Went above expectations for check-in and handling food discrepancies during our meals. Yu Garden and Nanjing Rd are a short walk away.

It was excellent, the room is very romantic and clean, the view is great.

The suite upgrade was charged extra and moved to lower floor. On top of that the staff is rude and came to the room to ask for additional deposit

The Waldorf on the Bund is everything you imagine it to be. I’m traveling with an Achilles injury so I needed a lot of assistance with deliveries. The staff was very attentive, Jack, Vincent, Jason, and Jimmy have all done a wonderful job making my stay as convenient as possible. Definitely a stay to be remembered

It was perfect in every way. I was thinking about Fairmont and Waldorf and chose Waldorf. Choosing Waldorf was really the best choice. It was hard to enter and exit Fairmont because there were so many tourists. Foreigners like me definitely recommend going to Waldorf. And make sure to upgrade to the riverside view room. You can see the best view of Waitan lying down in bed. And Steven Diep! You made our trip perfect. I will not forget your service and kindness. Thank you.
