Ulasan If Secret Design Villa

The attitude of the people that were serving us was amazing. They were really kind and friendly and always willing to land a helping hand. They allowed us to stay after checking out time without charging us extra and they help us talk to the taxi drivers as we were all going to different locations . However when we arrived at the villa there was no one to receive us. We stayed there for some time calling out to see if anyone would come until we eventually called but we can’t speak chinese. The room was clean but the bathroom was really dirty, the toilet had urine stains the shower smelled like urine and would clog . The breakfast that was promised with the booking was not available. The establishment has no iron for us to use and straighten our clothes. It was a 50/50 experience for me, their attitude was favorable but their upkeeping of the place could improve

It’s a beautiful place to stay and relax. Highly recommend it if you want to find somewhere to balance and heal your mental health ^^ The host was so nice and kind to us. The picture of my breakfast and outside of the villa.

It’s a beautiful place to stay, but unfortunately there is almost nothing you can to do nearby, unless you need to go to the pudong airport or you want to go to the wild animal zoo or Disney park. Other than that the restaurants and shopping centers are car distance and it takes 1-2 hours to get to the city centre

The villa is really very beautiful, the owner of this villa is very understanding and cooperative, I can’t eat Chinese food which was included in breakfast but she provided milk for us. And she is really humble and caring. The villa is far away from the famous places like The Bund’ but the villa is worth the price because it’s really very clean far better than five star hotels in main city.

This place is absolutely stunning, the rooms are clean and the service is good. We Truly enjoyed our stay 😁😁

Great place to unwind and hear the birds in the morning. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Good and affordable place for fresh air

Though we went here on a rainy day, we still enjoyed the chill vibe of the hotel. The surroundings are calm and quiet. We also commend the staff for always checking up on us, they even sent us to the subway station when we had to go back home. Thank you, If Secret Villa! We’ll definitely come back! 👏

房間整體還不錯吧，適合一家人住，本來要在樓上看夜景，結果白天逛到半夜，燈光都關閉了，住的就有點貴了，不看夜景就沒必要住這，還看了個日出，起的有點晚了，看完又去睡了，夏天太熱，白天酒店睡覺，四五點出門

遠了雙人大床房， 提前電話溝通，給了我2樓的房間。 老闆很客氣。 第二天走還問需不需要冰水。 起得晚，早飯粥電飯煲保暖，很好。 泳池的話有小孩的比較適合，孩子會很喜歡。 這家名宿還有麻將桌。 喜歡打麻將的很適合。

環境很好，這邊很安靜！
